The day of my purchase everyone was so jolly & excited to make a sale but afterwards no one was ever able to be reached.....no call backs, no email responses nothing. The A and B service is very expensive and is required every 10,000 miles or one year. The team is able to complete the service within one day along with a complimentary car cleaning. If there is anything above what your car is sent there for, they send you videos of the issue and call/text with their recommendations and pricing before proceeding.

Advisor (Nestor) smoothly handled everything. I brought the vehicle in due to a Brake warning light, literally occuring while driving near the dealership, so no appointment and a significant line of vehicles at the service center. In less than 20 min. I was given a courtesy Lyft home. Later informed of the problem and a time estimate for repair. Vehicle was ready the following morning, as estimated, a courtesy Lyft took me to get my vehicle, and I electronically paid the invoice while in transit. Arrived at the dealer and was back on the road in 5 mins. Outstanding process and execution!

So much to talk about here. First off, my service manager Jason is awesome, patient and understanding. There was a big snafu when I first had service here, and I was very frustrated with the process and the perceived level of service. I’ve had bad dealer experiences, and I was thinking “here we go again with the bs and runaround.” Turns out, there was a system limitation that prevented our communication, and that is what led to my being unhappy- as I thought I was being ignored. Turns out, he couldn’t see my messages. They were very accommodating, picked up my car, dropped a loaner, reassessed the issue and explained how everything should work going forward. I’ll admit, I jumped the gun, and this was a lesson to get more understanding of how things work before I voice my displeasure over a perceived slight. I’d recommend MB service without hesitation, especially Jason. They have my business and trust when it comes to service and reliability for my Mercedes vehicles. Even though it’s miles out of the way, I’d still choose them over the other locations hands down. 5/5, but please fix or update the communication system. I think it’s unfair to the service professionals, to be perceived as unresponsive when they are truly delivering top notch service.

The sales man did all what he could to extract money from me, then the financial officer or deal closer, tried to up sell me again. A week after the purchase I stopped at my mechanic's garage to show him the SUV. We discovered that the engine compartment had been cleaned, it looked nice, but the air filter was full of dirt, oil was black and we had to change in immediately. Only four quarters came out, this is a six oil quarters engine. However the oil change indicator on the dashboard showed 98%, like it the engine's oil was recently changed. Do not want to say more.

Although I was told alignment and tires were included in my maintenance and extended warranty but wasn't, I was overall pleased with the timely manner of the service. I was a bit annoyed that I was approached a couple times by the sales person that I needed things replaced because I bought the vehicle in July and is wassupposed to be certified used so I shouldn't hace had all these problems.

Over the holidays my wife and I visited Mercedes-Benz of Houston North. We purchased a used Infiniti QX80 and it had some parts missing. Overall the vehicle is in great shape. They didn't negotiate the price on the vehicle, but they did give me more for my trade in. Sales man Mike Lopez was very helpful and understanding of our needs and overall so was management. The reason I'm giving them 3 stars and not 5, is because I've been making several 60 mile round trips just to get the parts that have been promised. The the QX80 is missing wheel locks/lug nuts from 3 different tires and on top of that the dealership threw away some fog light trim that go on the front bumper during the detail. How do I know this vehicle had all these parts when it was traded in from the previous owner??? Well in the glove box I found information from the previous owner (it was a 1 owner QX80) and I contacted the gentleman. He answered my questions and concerns. So we're going on 2 weeks with an SUV that is missing lug nuts/wheel locks and no one seems to know who's going to pay for them as I've been given the runarounds. If you do visit this dealership, see Mike Lopez, he'll take care of you and treat you right, but make sure the vehicle has everything it's supposed to have before you sign paperwork and take it home, don't make my mistake.

Anna Starkova was awesome due to communication. That's the only good thing about this business, if you are considering buying online. Do not even consider buying except you do a proper inspection. I was deceived that this is Mercedes and that they would sell me an excellent car online. This was Premium extremely rare Lexus LS 600H which I bought online and was shipped to me in Las Vegas. Vehicle was in poor condition. Bad struts. Bounces on uneven road. Poor scratched paints, zero % left on tires. I immediately promised to return and got Aces attention who said he was their manager. Nothing eventually came out of it. Cost of return was burdensome. I would never deal remotely with these folks. They are a bunch of dishonest folks, at least from my online deal. PLS BEWARE!

The indistinct voices surrounding my seat indicated there was a great deal of business happening on New Year's Eve. The facility was spotless and high-end, yet welcoming. I had been looking for previously owned 2021 GMC Denali for months. Despite all the information I had been reading about car prices, inventory and the economy, I knew it was time for me to make a purchase. My vehicle had served me well, but it was time to go. I finally found a vehicle online that met my needs. I started a chat with the Mercedes Benz of Houston North. After requesting some basic information, I virtually was introduced to Travis Lewis, an experienced sales professional who has an 18-year history in the auto sales industry. I found him to be informative, engaging, and most of all NOT PUSHY. The dealership staff, from the chat bot to Tariq, the finance manager were professional and efficient. Another Sales Professional, John also provided expert, first-hand information. NEXT TIME? I'll come back to the dealership for a Mercedes.

Dear Upper Management Houston we have a problem I am very disappointed with my experience here. On December 29th I spoke with Travis their sales representative with 15 years experience but upon my to test drive the vehicle, I was told nothing after sitting there an hour I decided to leave. My representative called me after I left apologizing for the issue. I returned on January 3rd and my experience was even worse. The test drive was terrible my representative Travis was literally telling me how to drive a car! After completing the completing my application, I had to Leave for an emergency My representative never called me back to tell me what was going on, nothing!! When I called January 5th to ask what’s going on. He sent me a auto reply saying “I’ll call you back “!!!! This is not how I expected to be treated by Mercedes Benz!!!!!!! I still don’t know what happened to my application or the car I applied for.

Service advisor tried to persuade me to do additional repair (wheel alignment) that I felt not needed. I had taken my car to the same place two weeks ago for a major B service. At that time the service advisor suggested I should do a tire rotation, which was listed at $120. I truly felt that this charge was outrageous, and declined. After I got home, I saw that the dealer was running a special for tire rotation for $50. I decided to take my car back for the special. It would have been nice if the advisor had told me about this special to save me another trip.

Other than a minor discrepancy on the glove compartment I had a fantastic experience. Great customer service for a 20 year military veteran. I have no complaints about my car or the service we've received. However, unless you want to spend an enormous amount of money on scheduled maintenance for Mercedes, don't buy. I do love my car, but after 4 years of ownership and paying a lot at purchase for a maintenance plan, our B2 checkup was still over $900. I only have 13,000 miles on it.

Google needs to implement zero stars. Terrible miscommunication and handling of a sale. After many complications caused by miscommunication within the dealership itself, we made a four hour drive to pick up a vehicle just to learn the last half hour away from the location that the vehicle would not start because of a problem that could have been avoided earlier on by doing their job. A waste of time, gas, and what should have been a peaceful Christmas Eve.

I bought my GLK350 here almost 14 years ago. This last visit was my 13th service appointment. Over the 13 years a few things have changed, a small re-model of the waiting area, a new coffee machine, a different service advisor, but what hasn't changed is the level of service and commitment to the drivers that bring their cars here, which is excellent. Kudos to Ahmed who took over when my original service advisor left for other opportunities. He provides the same excellent support that my previous advisor did. Do you pay more than the shop on the street? Sure. The extra cost is far outweighed by the benefits. Loaner cars, a waiting area that rivals some airline lounges and the knowledge that your car is in good hands. Aside from a couple of flat tires my car has never broken down and left me stranded which I believe is due to regular, quality maintenance which is what MBHN provides.

I replaced my front brakes in Aug2022 and now in Dec 2022 they need replacing again. I called them and told them my brake light was on. I was told them my back brakes needed replacing. I also had a bad tire. I thought my coverage was for tire replacement but it only replaces them if there is a puncture, so I was told. So I bought a tire somewhere else which is not covered. The brakes replacement was quoted high so I went to another place which told me the front brakes had never been replaced. I had the back replaced and he told me to show them to tech. I went back and was told they’re bad now because I had too many miles on them. I asked to see video of changes and was told tech no longer work there so no video. I trusted them. This was my 2nd Benz with them . They broke my trust. I love my car but I don’t want to go over there anymore.

I am using my wife’s account to wright this message. Excellent service from start to finish!! My wife and I went to MB of Houston North, not knowing much about SUV’s. Even though we have been buying MB for the last 25 years, we have never purchased an SUV. Luckily, we ran into Dali Vojvodic, who patiently listened to why we were in the market for an SUV. After several minutes of listening Dali suggested we look at a mid-size SUV, that would meet all our needs. Our needs stretched from being able to attach a trailer hitch, good gas milage, enough cargo space to fit a road bicycle, and a few bells & whistles to help with comfort. He mentioned that he would love to sell us the flagship SUV GLS, but he felt that the GLE would be a better fit. It was our lucky day the dealership had one on the show room floor, but we needed more time to process the information that Dali had given before committing to a purchase. A day later we decide to check back to see if the vehicle was still available, but it was already sold. Dali suggested that we place an order and put down a deposit, and we did. Again, he patiently explained all the options so that we could make a sound decision. While waiting for our ordered vehicle Dali would call when others became available that was very close to what we had ordered. I was very pleased with him doing that, because we eventually purchased one before ours came in. Even though we wanted the vehicle it was no way we, were going to complete the deal in one day before going out of town the next morning. Dali said that he probably wouldn’t be able to hold the car for several days, but he would check with the General Sales Manager (Edwin Brazda III). Luckily, I had met and held a 30-minute conversation with the Edwin, one day while waiting for Dali to arrive at work. Not sure if my 30-minute conversation had any impact on his decision but he agreed to let us reserve the call until we returned from vacation. Dali is an excellent salesman that possess all the qualities that I like in a car salesman, being straight forward, attentive, patient, and very knowledgeable about the products. The thing that set Dali apart was , that even though he sent me several vehicles he never once tried to force sell me any of them. If I said I didn’t like the car for what ever reason, he would politely say “ok thanks, I’ll keep looking”. If you’re in the market for a vehicle go, see Dali at MB of Houston North.

We had a wonderful experience at AutoNation Mercedes Benz North Houston buying our amazing Jeep 392. We have now bought 3 cars from AutoNation. JaJa knew everything about the car we wanted and AutoNation didn’t have the up charge on the 392s that some dealers charged. The financing was also very seamless. On my previous Jeep we had bought everything, but they didn’t offer the 7k theft loss on the our 2018 Jeep Rubicon. They offered LowJack which was useless when our Jeep was stolen. They also offered to help recover some of the additional warranties on our stolen vehicle. So far considering we’re dealing with a stolen Jeep, which I loved, it’s been a better than expected experience.

My daughter an I want to the Mercedes Benz place located off of I-45 an 1960 North Houston.... I was dressed in sweat pants an she was dressed the same.... The lady stayed on the phone for about ten minutes then finally asked if we needed help... I said yes I’m looking for a car “she said a car” ( I said yes a car ). The sales person Vernon said I could help you.... He was the sweetest person you could ever meet... Vernon was like my father making sure we was okay... As we waited for a finance man for hours because they was short staffed.... We lift with a new Mercedes Benz zero down... The moral of this story is don’t judge the book by it’s cover.... My experience was less than satisfactory to say the least. To make this as short as possible, I have taken two company vehicles to this location and both times it took way longer than it should have to repair them, the last one taking a month to repair a van that had 400 original miles on it. When I went to pick up the van after that month, it took approx. 45 minutes just to get the van. I would never buy a vehicle from this location.

Bought a used car and paid cash. Have been waiting on Title and Plates for over 3 months. Sales don't answer calls. No ones seems to care. Spoke to front disk several times, got different answers every time. Temporary tag expired, went in person to get a new tag and was told title and plates should arrive in a week time. I was able to come in on the day of delivery and pick up the vehicle with no issues. It was really a seamless process and I am satisfied with my new purchase. Ben was great at providing me assurance and any information that I needed to prepare for the pick-up date.

The experience was very professional. My salesman was Travis Green. There was an issue with my pre owned car the next day after purchasing it. However, I took it back, the team kept it over night and fixed it, and I received it the next day. Two thingscomment I feel the dealership could have done differently. One is that all the documents were not ready for me to sign upon arrival. Doc you sign would’ve been an expeditious way to finalize everything. Second there was a minor small chip in the center base of the windshield that was not pointed out. I did pick the vehicle up at night and in the lighting that was left on it was hard to see. The positive things I will say is that the dealer stayed open later than closing to make sure I was able to pick up the car. They were very courteous and accommodating. They had the car completely detailed and ready to go. I do feel like I was treated very well and I will use them again. So the comments above are not necessarily negative they are just things to improve upon.

Edit: Since leaving this review, my issue has been resolved and made right with management. Thank you. I purchased a new Mercedes Benz on August 23, 2022. The level of customer service has been a huge disappointment. Not to mention, my new vehicle has not worked properly from day one. At this point, my vehicle has been in the Service Department of Mercedes Benz Houston North for 10 days and i have reached out many times for communication and even to the General Manager Eric and he hasn't bothered to even return my phone call. This experience with this dealership is not acceptable on any level.

My Wife wanted to purchase a 2023 GLA250.Dallas did not have any in stock so I decided to try Houston. Called and Spoke to Mike. They had one that my wife wanted in stock. Wanted to purchase and have it delivered but was told they cannot do that. I asked if I could put something down to secure it and was told no. Mike called back and said that they can hold till I got there Saturday. Sent them info so we can get financed. Had to call Mike back to get to the numbers. Was told that was finance departments responsibility and he was not finance. Was told that they would be calling… never got called by finance till I called back to let them know. Arrived Saturday they were polite and we did buy the SUV but would not purchase from them again due to their lack of communication.

I have a very positive experience with Mercedes-Benz of Houston North. I found a GLC which I am interested in and within my budget, and I got prompt responses from Edwin and Kelvin on my queries. Edwin understood my requirements and provided me best options to choose from. When I visited the showroom from Austin last week, Edwin provided me with all the information and answered to my questions in his best possible way. He is very good at explaining things. There was no other hidden fees on car price other than what communicated by Edwin. I test drive the car and the staff is very friendly and approachable. When the vehicle arrived, he took his time going over the vehicle with us and emphasizing some unique features. Mr. WILLIAMS, Hi...I picked up our R350 this morning...a few items...for your consideration and rectification. Was told the tires were not rotated (customer request) nor balanced...this is opposite to what I was told, over the phone several days ago by Yamileth...now I don't know if the tires were actually rotated...please find out. Seems like you are derelict when it comes to keeping defensible service records. 2nd item...the car absolutely stinks of diesel fumes....I thought the emissions overhaul was supposed to improve the emissions, not make it worse. Sort of disgusted by this. The foot brake peddle is squeeking now...was this part of the brake recall...was not like this when we dropped it off... Not impressed after paying over $2000...aside from the engine rattle noise being addressed, the car is worse now ... and you have had it for 2 full weeks. What were you doing to the vehicle that took this length of time? This is not service, rather a major inconvenience!! Lastly...the car almost ran out of diesel on the way home...are you telling me you drove that many miles to investigate these issues then you leave your loyal customer with a pretty empty diesel tank...not impressed! I would appreciate a call so you can have an opportunity to understand how your dealership has just made us feel and afford yourself an opportunity to resolve these oversights to the satisfaction of the customer. I’m not sure what happened to my previous post where I gave 2 stars. Somehow it was deleted. But my problem hasn’t been solved even after general manager reached out to me and tried to offer his help. On the day of the appointment on Wednesday, Forest was off, so Nicole was assisting me and she was doing a great job talking to me about my options, she was very thorough, professional and understanding. Everything was going great until she walks out to talk to her manager about finalizing the deal. Then Tarik (short Indian gentleman) shows up with my paperwork, literally laughing at my situation, saying that “he is surprised that I was eligible to even afford to buy my Mercedes E550 with my credit score” humiliating me in front of other customers that were there. Maybe because I wasn’t dressed nice, he thought he could make fun of me. I was there on a serious matter to do business, but after the experience with mr Tarik and him making fun of my situation, I no longer want to do anything with Mercedes of North Houston nor see mr Tarik’s face. I then thanked Nicole for her time and calmly walked out. And how could my 2011 Mercedes e550 be valued for $4000. I literally paid $14,500 in May of this year. And I bought 2 years of extended warranty. There’s minor body damage and minor curb rash that’s been there already when I bought the car. What could you possibly do to help me out with my situation? UPDATE: I tried calling mr Brazda, he never picks up his phone, I emailed him, and he didn’t reply back to me. At this point, it is now clear to me, that you portray yourself to seem like you care, but in reality you don’t, at least you don’t care as much as you think you do. Thank you for nothing.

My experience with Mercedes has been terrible. This comment will be the most honest and that you will hear about this company, I do not want to say that all Mercedes centers are the same but Mercedes Benz Houston North, in particular, has been the worst dealer I have ever dealt with. Starting from the beginning everything was a very nice drink until the purchase was finished, well after that I tried to communicate with the seller as it is the first time I had a Mercedes and I had many questions, before I only had Infinity which is a little different . And this one never answered a single one of my calls his name is Mike, if you are thinking of looking for a salesman stay away from him he will never answer your calls. Then the worst happened when a part of my car came loose and for fear of losing it I couldn't drive my car, I called customer service to try to repair it and believe me... well, what a surprise that they told me that they couldn't do anything and that the The fastest service he could give me was in 2 weeks and what a surprise because I hoped that they would at least offer me some alternative solution because as you know Texas is a place where if you don't have a car your life becomes very complicated, so I begged him to find one alternative at least they will lend me a car while my car was stopped for the 2 weeks that they required to be able to give me the service and it does not turn out that if it does not have a date for car service there is nothing you can do. In a nutshell if you don't have another car for when your car breaks down then DON'T BUY A MERCEDES. Because there will be no way that you can continue your activities if you require a loan car since until you have appointments available then they cannot help you. I am sorry to have to make this comment but someone has to open people's eyes, understanding that it is a luxury car but really in Texas the car is more than a luxury it is a necessity and Mercedes has no apathy for cases like this. Luego lo peor paso cuando una parte de mi carro se soltó y pues por miedo a perderla no podía manejar mi carro llame a servicio al cliente para tratar de repararlo y que creen… pues vaya sorpresa que me dijeron que no podían hacer nada y que el servicio más rápido que podían brindarme era en 2 semanas y vaya que sorpresa pues esperaba que por lo menos me ofrecieran alguna solución alternativa pues como saben Texas es un lugar donde si no tienes carro tú vida se pone muy complicada, pues le rogué que encontraran una alternativa al menos me prestarán un carro mientras mi carro estaba parado las 2 semanas que requerían para poderme dar el servicio y no resulta que si no tiene fecha para servicio de carros no hay nada que puedes hacer. En pocas palabras si no tienes otro carro para cuando tu carro se dañe entonces NO COMPRES UN MERCEDES. Porque no habrá manera que puedas continuar tus actividades si requieres de un carro de préstamo ya que hasta que no tengan disponibilidad de citas entonces no pueden ayudarte. Lamento tener que poner este comentario pero alguien tiene que abrirle los ojos a las personas, entiendo que es un carro de lujo pero realmente en Texas el carro mas que un lujo es una necesidad y Mercedes no tiene ninguna apatía para casos como este.

Took the car for an alignment and was given the car back. Car was turning right aggressively and took it back. They tried to give me the basic runaround but I knew better than that. In the end the told me they found the problem and they would get back with me. That was 3 days ago. They also gave me an empty promise that once the car gets fixed I can get a free alignment because it wasn’t made the first time around. And yes the car is still turning right.

Took my car in for an ac diagnostic test. Picked my vehicle up yesterday and now my passenger 2nd row seats are stuck in a downwards position. I asked mercedes what happened because I have no prior issues with my seats. Now they don't want to take responsibility for my seats and want me to pay for a diagnostic test to find the issue. Not morally right, I brought my car in with no seat issues and I left with one. I'm going to stop dealing with North Houston location and go to the Woodlands. My advisor told me I brought my vehicle in with the seats folded down. Now you're calling me a liar, that's great customer service. Now my seats are stuck and I have children to transport. 9-9-2022. I was quoted 1900 to get my seat fixed. I spoke to the manager sometime on September and that was the price he offered me. No one has never taken a look to find the cause of the problem. My seats are still folded down 10-2022.

This dealership has had my vehicle in service for two weeks. The problem the car had on day one of when I bought it, it still has 2 months later. Every member of management I have tried to contact will not call back. I have left several messages for the GM Eric. Still, nothing. Ana and Yamithel from Service/ maintenance are amazing. The valet personal that facilitated my transportation were genuine and safe.. I felt very comfortable when they were at the wheel, they were 3 total. 2 of them drove me back and forth to my destination while the car was being serviced, unfortunately I only remember Sebastian?s name. The second driver was only a few weeks new hire but he as amazingly safety concious. The 3 driver took the cortesy to deliver my car at home being punctual during the delivery and exchange of cars. The Young lady receptionist at the valet desk was very efficient and on top of things. Purchase update: Apparently it’s normal for you to “need tires soon” a month after purchasing a pre owned vehicle. The sales manager tried to say this was because I had driven 4k miles already. I provided documentation showing mileage of when I purchased the vehicle compared to the mileage I brought the vehicle in for service which was a 2k difference! Either way 2k miles or 4k miles there is no reason why the service department should be telling me I need new tires soon on a new purchase. I mentioned my concerns about this matter due to the fact that the issue came about after I had my rims/tires replaced days before. The rims/tires were taken off another vehicle and put onto mine. Within this same time frame I have also had to have the brakes and windshield washer pump replaced. I have never experienced this before purchasing a vehicle and the sales manager didn’t care about my safety or satisfaction. He stated that that’s how the sales department makes their money so they're going to try and make a sale. He also says particularly with the C class tire tread wears fast. I expressed that I have had other problems with the vehicle and he just let me walk away feeling unvalued as a customer.

The dealership is clean, the receptionist are friendly and efficient and my salesperson JaJa is detailed oriented, organized, and he cares about his clients wants and needs. Tailored and convenient services!! I have a hectic work schedule and was having issues with schedule my C300 for maintenance. I spoke with a gentleman on the phone and he said I could drop it off as soon as they open and they would get me taken care of. Soon as I got off from my overnight shift I went to drop it off. Yamilet helped me went getting a ride home with their shuttle service and texted me updates about the status and when it was ready. I was so tired though from my shift that previous night that she also arranged to have my car dropped off to my home!!!! Everything went perfect!

Review of Seungsu Kim (BMW 750i) I would like to mention good points about this dealership. First, there are a variety of vehicles. They have vehicles of various brands including Mercedes. You can easily find the vehicle you want here. Second, the pre-owned vehicles they sell are well-maintained. Some of the dealerships often leave and neglect their cars in their parking lot inventory. However, this dealership cleans the interior as well as the exterior of vehicles and sells their pre-owned vehicles after basic maintenance including changing fluids. This saves consumers's time and money to change basic oil after purchasing the vehicle. Third, the dealers are friendly and know how to actively reflect customer needs. They do not insist on their prices recklessly, but always try to reach a price agreement with their clients. In conclusion, this dealership is professional! You can count on them and buy your car here.

I've NEVER had a good a good experience at Mercedes Benz of North Houston! The only reason we took it there this time was by mistake, not being more careful when a call was made for service. When I got the car back home, it was leaking oil ... lots of it. I wouldn't dare go back to them since I could not trust them to do it correctly. I took the car to another dealer (Mercedes West on Highway 6) and they noticed that the plug was not tightened, and that oil had sprayed all over the engine. The cleanup cost was over $300. Mercedes West chose not to charge me, as a sign of respect and gratitude for my past service with them.

Unfortunately, I was without my car for several days without a loaner due to a wait time on supply delivery. When my car was ready and a pickup time was set 24 hours in advance, I was called to move my time up. I set the time of pickup for a reason and was not able to move the time up. I ended up having to find my own way to pick up my vehicle. As far as the work done on my car, it was great!

Due to the current tight car market with limited inventory, the opportunity to negotiate price basically does not exist. The buyer must be diligent in confirming that all offered and should be included is received, as well as, receiving the best value for add- ons.

The experience here buying a pre-owned vehicle was great! We located our new Range Rover online, & Forrest replied right away. We made an appointment for the next day with several other stops in mind afterwards. The salesman, Forrest was very pleasant with no pressure. I was very impressed with his detailed knowledge of our particular car & he walked us through all kinds of features that we definitely would have missed. The car checked all the boxes, so we we both agreed this was the one. While we were driving, Forrest arranged for a trade in analysis which came back with a very fair price. We were out of there in our Range Rover within an hour. This may be the best buying experience we’ve ever had in 40+ years of buying cars.

I brought in my vehicle for maintenance service and everything went smoothly. When I set up the appointment, I was planning to wait for the vehicle but my schedule changed. Nestor, my service advisor, was able to promptly get a ride for me with Sebastian, one of the drivers. I was also picked up when my car was ready and everything worked with my schedule. I was advised on certain things to keep an eye on for future maintenance. In addition to the scheduled service (A), Nestor advised on an alignment which I agreed to. The drive out was a little pricey!! Overall, I am satisfied with the personnel and the service!

i had my 40,000 Service B performed at this location. The staff was courteous as expected and I departed in a loaner while the service was performed. A few hours later, a member of the service team reached out to me to indicate that the rear tires needed to be replaced. My vehicle was purchased as a certified preowned vehicle in October 2021 and we had driven approximately 10,000 miles. The dealer, Mercedes-Benz of Houston North had option to replace the front two tires and not the two rear tires. I indicated that it looked deceptive that this would be done on an expensive vehicle. I asked to speak with the service manager and then the general manager who finally reached out to me to discuss 4 days later. After speaking with him, I was assured that my feedback was appreciated and that my concern would be investigated to no avail. Two weeks later, and the general manager has not reached back out to me. Word to the wise, if you want to spend your hard-earned money on a Mercedes, do not do it here!

Recently took my GL class for routine service and to inquire on other alerts the dash was marking. Ana, my service representative, quickly placed me in a loaner and kept me up to date on all service requirements and recommendations. I had a vehicle towed to get a key and programming, the vehicle has been delivered since Friday and I had tried to reach the service advisor Christina since then, left 3 meesages for her, called and asked to speak to her manager who I was told was too busy to take calls or in meetings. I am giving a 1 star solely based on the customer service. I took my car in for service on a Saturday morning around 9am for 2 main issues. 1) Sunroof not opening and 2) Backup camera needed to be re-calibrated. The repairs were done and everything with the repairs is great. However, the customer service I received from Ahmed was unacceptable. When I dropped off the car Saturday he said the car would be most likely ready by Monday or Tuesday. He said, “Either way I’ll give you an update on Monday.” Monday went by no phone call, no update. Tuesday went by no phone call no update. I called him on Wednesday and left a voicemail. Still did not get a call back. I called again on Thursday and left another voicemail and still no answer. I went ahead and sent him an email. He finally called me back on Thursday and said my car would be ready the next day (Friday). He also mentioned I needed 2 new tires and I mentioned I had tire replacement from the dealer I purchased the car. In a very sarcastic manner he said, “If you have free tire replacement plan then I need that name of that company and get it myself because I’ve never seen that before.” This to me was so unprofessional however, I didn’t say anything I just wanted my car back. So Friday comes around and again no call no update from Ahmed. Saturday, Monday and Tuesday no call or update from Ahmed. I didn’t reach out on purpose just to see how long it would take him to reach out and give me an update. Finally, Wednesday I get a call that my car was ready for pickup. Very unprofessional and unsatisfactory customer service. Again, repairs and work on the car were great and I’m happy with the repairs. I’m unhappy with the customer service I received.

Owned by AutoNation and located on I45 just N of FM1960. The staff is helpful but horrifyingly shorthanded. The phone at the parts department rarely get answered so just to find if a part is available one has to drive there. A wasted trip is the part is not available. Surprising for such a big outfit.

I just had a baby and needed a new vehicle! I had been texting back and forth with Manny. The vehicle I originally was Interested in was still in reconditioning so I decided to check out other vehicles. I ended up purchasing a SUV that I absolutely love with Stacy. Stacy started off very friendly then started to rush me while I was obtaining my insurance, completing the application and completing financing with my bank. She eventually got tired of waiting on me and told me to go sit in the waiting area. I really didn’t know what that was about being that I was bringing them business. The finance guy was hands down amazing!!!!!! He was very nice, down to earth and friendly. I wish I remembered his name, it was definitely pleasant working with him. Also, Mike was pretty cool! Let me start off by saying THANK YOU Mercedes Benz of Houston North!! So I got the pleasure to work with a sales rep by the name of Dali who is now my official and only contact at this location. The car I wanted was already sold by the time I arrived but he found me something better within the same price range. Outside of this car being made for me, Dali made sure that I didn?t leave without it. His expertise on the vehicle, his ability to work with everything I requested on top of his kindness and professionalism makes for the best rep you could ever encounter. The buying process was long per usual but it was enjoyable, he saw to it that I wasn?t in need of anything during this process. My family and I truly appreciated his assistance with gaining knowledge about my new vehicle. If that wasn?t enough, I forgot my house keys at the dealership and it was already closed and the next day was Sunday (also closed) Dali saw too it that I received my keys the next morning. DAMAGED MY CREDIT I did not want to leave a 1 Star review but Mercedes Benz of Houston North left me no choice! They damaged my credit score and they admitted it in WRITING that it was their fault, when I didn’t do anything wrong. On 6/11/22 I traded in my Ford Explorer for a Mercedes GLE class. The balance owed to capital one was $24k that Mercedes Benz of Houston North assumed and promised to payoff (they did not pay off therefore my credit got damaged) and Mercedes Benz of Houston North charged me $71k for the new deal. Couple of weeks later I started getting collection calls from capital one that my loan is delinquent on the explorer, I explained to them that the explorer is no longer mine and Mercedes Benz of North Houston assumed the loan and promised to pay it off. I tried calling Mercedes Benz of Houston North 11 times and sent a friend of mine 3 times to the dealer to find out what’s going on, no one could give us an answer or even returned my calls. When the loan was 73 days late, I was finally able to speak with the Finance Director “Andrew”; he apologized and admitted it was their fault and he will work on fixing it. Couple of weeks ago, I got a call from “Andrew” offering me to either delete completely the records of my 3 years loan history with capital one or wait up to 60 days to remove the negative reporting off my credit report. I declined the offer and told Andrew, I’ve been trying to buy a car (Nissan $9k) from Ford Meyers since July for my daughter to go to school and work but since my credit score was hammered and dropped from 748 to 603, I won’t be able to get it anymore! So I asked him to sell me the cheapest car on their lot; he said I will have a salesperson give you a call… a salesperson called me and said that the cheapest one is a 2013 Volkswagen Passat for $14392 (well overpriced) I test drove it and offered to buy for $12k with a down payment of $3k to $5k. The Salesperson stated that the price is firm. I got with the Finance Director Andrew, and told him, listen Andrew, you guys damaged my credit, I was at no fault, I was planning to buy a Japanese car below $10k for my daughter for the last two months, and now I am going to end up buying an overpriced Volkswagen and above my budget. Andrew said that he will might be able to get me a $1000 off the selling price. I haven’t heard from him for the last 7 days, I tried to call him, he never picked up my calls. I might hear back from him when the Volkswagen is sold to another customer… Here we are in September 2022, I am giving my car to my daughter to go to school and work, and I am commuting back and forth to work in an Uber. That’s what you get when you buy a car from Mercedes Benz of Houston North. Someone might reply back to this review saying we apologize for any inconvenience, please call our GM at this number … I would say this, I already called your General Manager EDWIN last week and this week and left him an urgent voicemail. He didn’t even bother returning my calls. PS: PLEASE DO NOT REPLY BACK WITH THE SAME ANSWER TO EVERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. GM and FD and the whole dealership have my information in their database and they know my phone number. They can call me!!!!

I give 5 stars for my salesman JAJA for his excellent work, but for the dealer Autonation financing , body shop, service , all bad My main reason , they tried to deceive me with the prepaid warranty for 4 years, I paid $5638.00 and $3850.00 for tire and wheel warranty with all there lies , but I cancelled , one phone call I get the same prepaid from SEWELL dealership for $2850.00 and tire and wheel warranty for $2000.00 , why , are we that fool , no respect. Autonation is not worth working with.

Just like many others that have commented, my experience started negative with their finance officer. I came with my own financing, at a good rate, but was pressed that they could get great terms. I told them I didn't want my credit pulled repeatedly and to go to their best option. An hour later, I got multiple alerts from my credit monitoring company! When I finally got back to his office, he presented a rate that was nearly 3 times the approved letter I had in my hand!! When I showed it to him, he very snarky said "I could have run with credit unions too.". I quickly said to him "Then why didn't you???". Again, being snarky, he told us "he can run it wherever he wants". Immediately after finalizing, I requested at the front desk that I speak to the general manager. I waited 45 minutes, and he never came out. When I picked up the vehicle, I again requested the general manager to no avail. My wife ended up sitting there for 3 hours that day waiting for them to clean the vehicle and the GM still never took the time talk to her. Now here is the best part, as of today, it has been 120 days and I have yet to receive my registration and plates. In fact, they will now be issuing a 2nd set of temporary plates. My wife and I have followed up multiple times with the front desk and the salesperson. I have requested to speak to GM numerous times, but he is always on vacation according to them. It’s gotten to the point now that I am not valuable to them and now they screen my calls and don't answer. The only answer I have had from them in the last 45 days was to blame a bank, through a text message!!!!! I strongly encourage anyone that is looking for a new Mercedes, go to a more reputable dealer in Houston. You are paying a premium for these vehicles, don't take the chance of having a bad experience. You would think a luxury dealer would have the aptitude to treat their customers with respect.

Best deal I could find in Houston on the mercedes e350. Their listing was $1,800 less than the exact same one I was going to buy (same mileage, same exact packages, color etc.) it was also a Mercedes pre owned certified.. the other was not, so a much better value. The salesman and the finance manager made the whole process quick and easy!

Gordon Barnes was really terrific! He was very patient and explained every detail from start to finish. Even when we were wavering on what we wanted he talked us through all the pros and cons. After our purchase he spent time to explain all the technology of the car and all details. Highly recommend! In saying that about our salesman, I will say that the finance representative, Zach was not near as friendly. Very condescending and judgmental of our choices. I do feel when that is the final experience it should be reassuring of our decision and give us a feeling that the choices we made were right for us. That?s not exactly how we felt. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from Gordon but would ask for a different finance representative.

I've attempted to reach the GM at this location, have left messages and didn't receive a call back regarding my concerns. I was so excited to buy my first Mercedes Benz, but my experience was ruined after dealing with and being lied to by a female sales associate J.A. I left the lot with the service B light on and was assured service was completed on my vehicle and the service dept forgot to reset the light and to drive back to the service dept for them to reset it. She told me there were no open recalls and it turns out there were FOUR dating back to 2021! I had difficulties connecting to the Mercedes me connect app since I bought the vehicle April 20th and she quit calling me or responding to my text messages in May and the issue went unresolved until July when I took my vehicle to a different MB location. It turns out the reason the app would not work was due to one of the recalls related to the MBUX system. I did attempt to have that recall resolved late June at the Houston North service dept and but either the recall wasn't fixed or done incorrectly because again the app would not work. The second MB dealership not only corrected the issue but also was proactive in fixing an additional recall so that I would not have to go back and forth like the Houston North location would have had me doing. The app was working after visiting the second location and having the recall on the MBUX system fixed correctly. They also looked up to see if the service B was done and it had not been done like the salesperson J. A. at Houston North told me it had been. I reached out to the service manager to speak to him about these issues and he called but there was no follow through. I wanted to let him know that the sales associate I dealt with lied when she told me the service had been completed and his team reset the light without actually looking up to see if service was in fact done. Both service manager and general manager have not returned calls. The service was completed at the second location and taken out of my prepaid service plan, but it should have been done before I drove off the lot when I bought my vehicle like the salesperson J. A. assured me it had been. I see very good reviews for this location, and I wish I could say the same about my experience, maybe if I dealt with someone with integrity, I would not regret ever buying a Mercedes vehicle. I found my vehicle on an app called CoPilot and it had everything I wanted. I settled for the trade in offer that was 1500 less than what a BMW dealership was offering. I regret ever stepping foot into MB Houston North location. Dealing with this saleswoman and seeing how my concerns were dismissed by the GM and sales manager felt like I was dealing with the stereotypical used car dealerships.

They advised they would hold the vehicle I wanted and set an appointment at 5pm Monday for me to come in. I showed up at 130 pm and they said they sold it. I was promised on Saturday by manager Max that they would hold it. Had I known they would do this, I would have driven out Saturday to buy the car. Now they don't want to talk to me. I guess they decided they could make more money from someone else. Obviously them giving their word means nothing. Terribly unprofessional.

I had an excellent experience with Mercedes Benz Houston North. Took my 2015 model CLS400 for my first (annual service) despite a few hiccups like: 1- Having made an online appointment and had a confirmation it didn't show with the service advisor but luckily after showing the email confirmation my car was put through. 2- I had a 3 year pre-paid maintenance package that didn't show up on my car profile but the service advisor was able to quickly work with the Finance team and sort that out. My car was serviced quickly after that and I also opted for an AC cleaning (very affordable). All in all I highly recommend MB Houston North for any Mercedes-Benz service and maintenance and I thank greatly Yamileth Hernandez (Service Advisor) for her amazing efforts, she was able to tackle everything smoothly and quickly!

I had a flat tire and it took a week for them to replace one tire. When they replaced the tire, the tire was defective so I ended up taking it to the woodlands to get it replaced again. I will never go there again. Houston North will continue to lose all their customers. What a shame.

7/2022- I brought my car in recently for a recall on the backup camera & battery replacement. My service advisor, Yamileth, was very helpful & responsive. The technician placed the backup camera incorrectly, but Yamileth made arrangements with her manager to provide a loaner & pickup/drop off so I wouldn’t have to miss work or go out of my way to go back. I took my 2009 S550 in for a P0420 code. I expected it would be Bank 1 Cat and sure enough, that would be the issue so I approved that repair. I also felt a distinct vibration at 2500 RPM's - I figured that would be flex plate or Engine mounts? Either way, that's why I took it to the dealership so they could accurately diagnose. Lastly, I wanted them to sync my analog DASH clock to the settings - As that might seem like a small thing to request, I could not get it to work through settings. OK - So I was told the part had to be ordered - No problem, I'll wait for that to come in. I was then told that everyone drove the car and NOBODY could duplicate this vibration that I was reporting... Really - Nobody felt anything at 2500 rpms so that immediately concerned me because I thought this was an obvious issue... Next - No problem on the clock --- They'll get that corrected. A week later - Car is ready - Come and get it --- Well that would have been nice to know a day or so earlier so I would have been in town.. Next - The vibration you feel is all of your engine mounts are shot - WE all feel it now for some reason and that will cost you another $1800.. (ya, I'll pass) So we pick the car up - Drove it home and no issues with the check engine light. CLOCK was NOT synchronized - Guess they forgot about that. The next day - I hear an exhaust leak and had to drive all the way back to the North side to have them listen to it. Sure enough, I'm not imagining things and the donut connection was leaking - Got that fixed and left. All in All - This was not a pleasant experience and wont be going back there.

If you go to Mercedes North be aware of Kelvin. Was right on top of it in the beginning but once he picked up that check from the credit union he became a different person. He never checked the car out on delivery, he refused to communicate when asked about the vehicle, very argumentative with the customer. He doesn't care about his customers only the sale. I wanted to back out of the deal completely but thanks to Stacy I gave them another opportunity to fix what he messed up. Ace is also tops in my book. They seem to understand what customer service is all about

A friend :Took a s550 to get a key done ,after 3 weeks I pick up The car a floor Mat was missing i get home and I call right away , I stay on the line for more than 30 minutes 3 times because they tell Me to hold so I decide to go back and talk to the manager (darrel) he told me to give him a few days to find out what happen because maybe when they wash the car they took it out or something so I did , he call and told me he check the videos and nobody took the mat , how can he go trough 3 weeks of videos ???? I told them the car was open because I didn’t have the key that was the reason the car was at the dealer so keep an eye on it ,they just told me To drop it at the back of the dealer and didn’t give any paper or make an inventory of the car …. The oil change was done 200 miles ago a few weeks before I took the car to them and the battery is also new !!! At the end they told me they are not responsible for the mat , I went over there because I read the reviews but in my case it was the worst they never call back they didn’t even know what was going on during the 3 weeks the car stay in there and I actually need to go there to find out what was going on , I am sure the mat was there , at the end they make me waist my time going back ,and when I went back the mama her told me i was having an attitude , what do he spect from me ??? i had such a horrible experience with the service department. after my car being misdiagnosed several times. i had to take it upon myself to talk to the technician and figure out what was wrong with my car. the worst part was that the service guys and the asst. manager failed to do their due diligence and basically left me without any real options to fix the problem. my persistence and not willing to take no for an answer got my car fixed. i wrote an email to the service manager of the dealership and the service department over a week ago and to this day no one has responded.

I call during the time my car was at the dealer to find out what was going on because it was already to much time and they don’t even know what was the deal I was so upset … and when I finally talk to the guy in charge of the car he told me my car need an oil change and new battery ??? The oil change was done 200 miles ago a few weeks before I took the car to them and the battery is also new !!! At the end they told me they are not responsible for the mat , I went over there because I read the reviews but in my case it was the worst they never call back they didn’t even know what was going on during the 3 weeks the car stay in there and I actually need to go there to find out what was going on , I am sure the mat was there , at the end they make me waist my time going back ,and when I went back the mama her told me i was having an attitude , what do he spect from me ??? I show him how many minutes I was waiting for a response on the line , i own 4 Mercedes and also a few super cars and never have a bad experience on any other dealer , I am passing this to my friends so they don’t go to this dealer and watch out with the manager please

Terrible service experience. After getting multiple recall notices for my vehicle in regard to the airbags, I scheduled an appointment for them to be replaced. Upon arriving at the dealer I was told there was no recall for my vehicle. MBUSA says there is. After calling the dealer back to speak to the service manager, I was told there is a recall. Also, mixed messages were given in regard to loaner vehicles.

My service representative, Jason, is excellent. He made the entire process from scheduling an appointment to picking up my vehicle easy. At the time of arrival, I was greeted by a smiling person. The drop off process was quick. In a very short time, I was departing the dealership in one of the shuttle cars. The driver was engaging and very nice. During the day, I was informed of the status of my vehicle. Since the shuttle was not available, I was asked to schedule an Uber and was reimbursed. The repairs were done on time with no issues.

This location customer service us horrible. I been calling for 2 weeks with no call back. Wasted 30 of my Saturday to go to the location to be told someone will call me back, still no call back. Called Thursday to finally speak to my rep Isiah and he stated he would call me back in 30 min again no call back. I just want my key buttons to have to Never deal with this location again at this point u want to trade in my car and go back to Cadillac cause I Never had these type of problems. Brought my car in because my tire had a slow leak. Found out Mercedes don?t fix tire they replace them. Just bought my tire that cost me $1600. Replaced the tire and after 1 hr of driving, all 4 tires air was low. Was not able to reach anyone after then.

Had to bring in my Mercedes E350 for some maintenance, it was running rough and had several warning lights on. I had recently brought it in for a service and they repaired some leaks on the engine covers, intake manifolds. I was told by my service manager that there was some electrical connectors that were not installed correctly when they put everything back together, they came loose after a few hundred miles and the car started to malfunction, hence the unscheduled maintenance. The repairs were made and the car is running great again, I did not get charged.

Love the 2021 GLC 300. Great ride, lots of room and no Tesla range anxiety. Xavier Vargas, the sales rep was great. He was very knowledgeable, great demeanor for sales and spent a lot of time w/o distractions. Traded in a 2021 Tesla Model 3. The trade-in negotiation was led by the retail sales manager. He continued to tell me he wants the trade to be fair for both parties, said to trust him he had nothing left to offer and so we did the deal. After the fact, I saw my Tesla was listed far above what the sales manager said it would be listed for proving it was far from a fair trade. Of course, he blamed corporate for setting the price $2000 over what he said it would list. Lesson learned. But, I have a great car so it's time to move on.

When registering my car for service I wasn?t offered a loaner vehicle, I was offered a ride home. When I arrived I was greeted and a service advisor was summoned out to my vehicle. She checked my car out and took pictures. We go inside while she writes up the work order. Then she ask me again was I going to wait on my car or would I need a ride. I told her I told them yesterday that I would need a ride. I asked how long was it going to take because I use my car for work (I?m a Realtor). She said it will take about 3 hrs. She wrote on the work order out by 12p.m.. Then she says well I will have to see if I can find you one. She walks me over to the service desk and have me sign in on a clipboard. I then had to sit and wait. I checked my car in at 9:00a.m. I arrived back home after 10:00a.m.. I missed a phone call from the dealership @11:52a.m. I immediately called back no one answered the phone, I waited and I called back again still no answer. I then sent the advisor a text asking asking for an update on my vehicle. She then called me back asking did I want any extra services that they suggested, I told her no I had already declined them in the email sent by the dealership. She replied I?ll send the driver to pick you up when your car is out of the car wash. It was after 1pm already so I texted her back and asked her to send the driver now so I could be there when my car comes out. She replied the driver will be calling you when he?s on his way. I arrive back to the dealership around 2pm. After arriving back at the dealership and paying my bill, I went sat outside and waited on my vehicle. My vehicle finally arrived and I jumped in to try and catch up on some of errands I needed to get done. When I got home and looked my car over. The outside looked good but the inside was okay but it was not wiped down at all. I looked in the trunk and it appears it hadn?t been opened at all. It looked the same way It looked when I dropped it off. This whole Schedule A service took 5 hrs. out of my day. What can you do better? Offer loaner vehicles and if you say that the vehicle is going to be ready at a certain time try and make the deadline. When you cleanup the vehicles clean the inside and out including the trunk.

Came to this place after looking for a new car. Settled for a 2019 mustang. Good price, not alot of mileage. My biggest problem is they weren’t able to raise the suspension back to factory. So i have to handle that out of pocket. Even so, Kelvin was helpful and thus far continues to aid me in my journey with my new faster, smaller car.

In August 2021 I flew to Houston to buy a GLE400 Mercedes after talking with Stacey who assured my husband and I the vehicle was in perfect order and there were no scratches or dings. Additionally, Stacey advised us the vehicle had been through the Mercedes pre-owned certification. We completed the finance information over the phone so when I arrived from Denver all I would need to do is sign and go. However, when I arrived, I add to complete all the paperwork again, there were dings, huge scratch and paint issues. Also the seat heater on the driver side did not work. Stacey referred me to the manager and who was less than helpful and lied about how the heater worked. I had decided not to buy it. But then a "general manager" came to talk to me and reluctantly I agreEd to buy with the understanding everything would be fixed. The finance part took 3 hours and to this day we do not have a title. We've made several phone calls to Stacey and the store manager Ace. Stacey has told me several times it's a Mercedes issue and to call them. Mercedes tells us their Mercedes of North Houston is privately owned and there is nothing they can do. Just yesterday we found out they never gave us the tire lock key, so we are not able to get our tires rotated. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Still waiting on a title, tire lock key, and a return phone call from anyone at that dealership.

The sales person and his managers were outstanding. No cars available but there was one that arrived in the port. The deal for the car and the trade in were okay or better than other dealers, considering this is a special kind of a sellers market. We worked out everything and I gave them a $2500 deposit. I was told the car would arrive in 5 to 7 days. It took 14 days. I drove 90 minutes each way to pick up the car and thought it would be a fast visit and we could eat dinner in the area. Finance made us wait 3 hours to sit down!!! So we were pretty hungry for 3 and a half hours just to pick up the car. The showroom and amenities are okay but not as nice as most Mercedes dealerships. The first visit was great, but the treatment by finance was terrible. The guy would not take no for an answer on the add ons, had to correct documents because he choose loan instead of lease, and made a personal call on his cell phone when we really wanted to wrap up and go to eat.

The dedication and client personal car is why we have bought two cars there and will continue to. Absolutely disappointing dealership. I’ve bought from four different Mercedes dealerships over the past 25 years as I’ve transferred to different parts of the country for work assignments. I’ve always had wonderful, reliable sales and service experience with Mercedes. The no-gimmick, no-pressure, no BS sales style was one of the factors that made me a lifetime Mercedes fan. If my first purchase of a Mercedes had been through this dealership, it would have turned me off of Mercedes for life. I was promised repair to the couple of items that needed correction on my brand new Mercedes SL450. Never happened. My prior lease was not paid off as promised and it took 3 months to correct that problem with very little help from the salesman or the financial manager and dozens of unanswered calls and emails. The finance guy who closes the deal and with whom I signed the papers was incredibly high pressure and became visibly angry when we did not agree to purchase additional warranties, windshield coatings, tire warranties, etc. I suspect this is why my lease was not closed out properly. One more thing? My vanity plates were not transferred correctly although I paid an additional fee. I received new plates when they came in and I had to transfer them back to my vanity plates myself and pay for that as well. Again, all of this with NO assistance or replies from the salesman, although in a three-month period I first leased a GLA through him and then bought the 450 from him. NEVER EVER, EVER WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN. What a shame that 25 years of my great relationship with Mercedes was ruined by this dealership.

Impressed with the overall streamlined purchasing process with readily available Sales Associate and the customer service provided. Not fond of having agreed additional warranties to cover wheels/tires, dent and paint guard, in addition to GAP Protection and needing to replace and pay out of pocket for rear brake lamps and having to pay for the keyless ignition push-to-start button 5-days after purchasing my 2015 GL-450. While these may be considered trivial to most, it poses as a true nuisance and compelling me to spend additional out of pocket expenses unnecessarily, if only the vehicle would've underwent a thorough inspection to ensure its functionality of all electrical systems prior to a sale purchase from Mercedes-Benz of Houston North. Sales Director should consider reiterating importance of ensuring a thorough inspection is conducted for all vehicle purchases, especially for used vehicles without any Dealer Warranty or Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles.

I took me car in for a Complimentary routine check because of an email I received. They provided me a shuttle to work so I had NO RIDE HOME afterwards. I let the gentleman know that, I even received the text service so I could text him and he text me back in order to check on my car. The morning went well, I got dropped off and things went down hill from there. I received NO CALL ALL DAY about my car or if they would come a pick me up NOTHING from them about my car or me. I call three times, got NO answer once called two more times hoping to get someone. I talk to a young lady that told me she would take my number and have someone call me. NO ONE CALL ME, at this time it's 6:00 and the service department closes at 7:00. I took matters in my own hands and just went up there to get my car, I walked up to the gentleman's desk that helped my and he immediately apologized to me explaining how busy it had been. That is fine, but it does NOT excuse the service from this service department!!!

I have not had any problems with the servicing of my car.However, it was a shocker price to fix the smell of oil when I drive. Yes I would recommend Mercedes customer to take their car for service. My problem is that how I do know the service people are telling me the truth about my car. I bring my car for yearly maintenance every year. The problem of my smelling the oil when I drive shuld have been detected in November.

Not happy with the sale at all. I was preapproved by my bank and they wouldn’t accept this. So they had me finance through their finance company. After the purchase I asked to pick the car up later Stacy salesperson told me I had to drive it off the lot. There was a scratch on the car and they said to bring it back and they would paint it but: I had to find a way home. They conveniently had no loaners. The sales person Stacy said “you have to find your way back” If they had to paint it anyway why couldn’t I just leave it and drive my other car home and pick the Mercedes up later? I refinanced at that moment to my bank anyways even though they tried to tell me there was no sense in it. They talk really fast and rush you through. I also noticed that when I walked in to get the Manual (which was not in the car) no one tried to help me. They walked by as if I hadn’t just made a sale with them! If I knew before hand I would have gone with another Mercedes’ dealership. Will not be purchasing another vehicle there. Be careful upon purchasing please do your homework. Stacy’s response to leaving my car: Well, I just spoke with my manager. And we still don’t have a car to loan out. I apologize. You can have it dropped off. But at this time you would have to provide your way home. Update: I called the GM and have yet to get a return call and now it’s saying my coolant is low and I’ve only had it 3 weeks!!! Beware

Ireally have mixed feeling because on one project they did what I trust a good job, but on the other the car was not properly tested before it was released, result my A/C not working . And I was obviously offered to bring it back to check if it was reset properly. but I leave 200 miles away and it is not so easy to get back there. the service mgr was very nice.

I just purchased my first Mercedes Benz and I don't think I'll ever shop anywhere else. Kelvin Mitchell was my sales associate (make sure you ask for him) and I don't think my experience could have been any easier! The vehicle I wanted was located in California, he took care of getting the car shipped twice as fast than expected, when it arrived, I went to the store to finalize the deal and the red carpet experience was ready for my arrival. I arrived, Kelvin had the car out front, with a bow and some warm congratulations gifts inside. My keys were in his hand and paperwork was printed on his desk. This was the luxury experience I wanted, and I'm not a fan of dealerships. I communicated with the sales man for two months. Discussed price many times. Once at the dealership to buy vehicle they added a $5,000 Mercedes adjustment market fee to it. This is an AutoNation dealership and you would think that they would not add costs at the very last minute. A manager called a week later and apologized saying that the salesman should have been up front about the pricing. I was in conversations with another Mercedes’ dealership and they confirmed that they would not do this, which I have in writing. The manager offered me a free tire rotation or swag; which I declined because it felt like an insult to charging me and extra $5,000 to give me a free tshirt. He said that he would get back with me with a resolution but after several weeks has not. Please watch out for this dealership.

Start off - I love service advise Jason Fleeks. He is a professional. if he had been there when I dropped of the car I would have reset my expectations from a three hour B service to a 3 day journey. They are short handed and are swamped with folks trying to repair rather than buy and have hardly any loaner cars. With that said Jason negotiated with my warranty company and helped me get financing for the repairs. I wanted to be happy and grateful for his service but when I got in my car to leave and adjusted my front seat the new grinding sounds coming from the auto seat motor sent me away furious. If I had not needed the car to get to a doctor appt I would have refused to receive it. Do I have another 3 days to get the seat resolved????

I received poor customer sevice had an unexpected long wait time and while closing on my 2022 S class, $2000 cash went missing in the finance office. I was told by the manager (Ace) that cameras are in place then after "viewing footage" told us cameras don't cover that particular area. In the future I will make the trip across town to make my next Benz purchase.

I had my four tires replaced by Mercedes Houston North back on January 15, 2020. On December 14, 2021, I took my E350 for a leak check on my left rear tire because the low tire pressure light kept coming on. The service advisor, Isiah Martinez, told me there was no leak detected and this was documented in the ticket. Furthermore, he told me it was probably due to the weather change, and a reset of the TPMS would solve the problem. About a week or two later after the service, the low pressure light came back on, and the left rear tire pressure was under 30 psi. Since I have been reassured there was no leak, and I trusted their work, I just assumed the whole thing was an electronic issue. I added air to the rear left tire, and reset the TPMS one more time. After the same process repeated a couple more times, I began to think there may be a real leak that the shop did not detect in December. Today (February 5, 2022) I finally found time to take the car back to check for leak again. This time I was told there was a leak. Because today is more than two years since I purchased the tires, I was told my warranty has expired. I mentioned to my service advisor that I first experienced the problem back in December last year when the tires were still in warranty. My service advisor involved the service manager in our discussion on this issue. The service manager sided with the advisor. Basically their position was they stood by their finding that there was no leak in December, and this leak is a new one that happened after December 14, 2021. I did not want to continue the argument, and went ahead and paid for the new tire with a little “discount” from the dealer (I was told this tire retails for $320, but he would give me $50 discount. I ended up paying $272 total. I truly believe I was cheated, because I know this is the same leak that the shop had failed to address the first time. Two more side notes: 1. The front hood warning light came on when I was driving back to my house today from the shop. I had to stop to close the hood because it was loose. It was a careless and slopy mistake by the technician. I am paying a much higher repair rate on my Mercedes when compared with my other car (Honda), yet the shop allows such careless and unsafe practice of leaving the hood loose. 2. This tire the dealer sold me retails for $198 at Discount Tires. With the discount the dealer gave me, I paid $249. With other charges included, I paid $272. I would have done better at Discount Tires without having Mercedes North Houston's generous discount. It looks like it is time for me to shop for another place to repair my Mercedes in the future. I welcome response from Mercedes North Houston.

Manager Chris, was the worst person to work with. He knew that our car could not be repaired, but he tried to, and had our car in the repair shop for 31/2 months. Our insurance company paid out $36,000 and they could not repair it. After draining my insurance company then he decided to total the car. He was rude and cocky, and he was wearing my husband out. He told my husband that he will deduct the deductible and the when we got there to the repair shop he changed his mind and said he can?t do it. He plainly lied to my husband?s face. For what he did to us and the way he treated us he needs to be replaced. Greed is a terrible thing. With our experience this company doesn?t deserve a rating. However, you all Manipulate the survey that you cannot submit unless you give at least one star. This is control. By me checking that box is saying I was forced do it. I’m very disappointed on the super overpriced labor quotes that your technician gave us, $8,500 to fix a bost hose (part price $121), front brakes (got them replaced for $375), engine motor mounts (parts cost $156 for the pair) and front left cv axle (part cost $800), we got everything done on a Mercedez certified shop for less than $3,400. My question to you is why is everything so overpriced with you guys, I did purchase the parts from your parts department …. All I’m saying is if your prices were a little more reasonable I would have love to give you my business, (Mr. Pablo was super kind and very helpful was a real pleasure dealing with him, Mr. Isaiah never really met this person… then josh called me on the phone and gave me a bunch of technical terms trying to convince me that your shop was the only one that knew how to reprogram the computer after changing a bost hose…. Really? You think everyone is that ignorant it is a hose and you don’t REPROGRAM anything just delete the check engine codes and that is that, this kind of things are the reason that you guys lost our business, your technician measures his time in gold coins or puts down 3-4 times the amount of time actually needed for each job, if I was a manager reading this I would look into it, just like us, how many more customers are you losing every day? I was so excited to get my vehicle but other than my dream car, the experience has been terrible. Due to the way they hold their titles I was not able to finance through my own bank without waiting 14 days for them to “see” if they could. So I financed it through them. No big deal, my decision. My 60 day tags expired last week and I have called multiple times in attempts to get my title. All they can tell me is that their “title clerk” is out of the office but I should hear back. I have called once a day since then, just asking for an update and reminding them that I am technically driving with expired tags. Today with a little attitude the representative told me that other then sending the email and calling she can’t do any more for me because “She isn’t technically allowed to go upstairs right now.” I never thought we would pay top dollar for a vehicle and then made feel like an inconvenience for simply requesting what I should’ve already received. I don’t recommend this facility.

We purchased our Mercedes Benz E350 from Mercedes Benz - North some years back. A few years ago, the battery light came on. We took it back to them, and they advised me that there were two batteries, and both needed to be replaced at the cost of $500 with a lifetime warranty. I reluctantly did it. Now, two years later, the battery light is back on. We went to have the batteries addressed today, knowing that we have a lifetime warranty. The Manager is saying we only purchased the replacement of the primary battery last time. The secondary battery now needs to be replaced at the cost of $275. I am beyond upset. Who replaces one battery and not the other. The receipt even states a lifetime warranty on BATTERIES. This place has the worst service department ever. We were actually in the market to purchase a new car but not from them now. Please stay clear of this place. Drive the extra mile to get better service somewhere.

Unethical business.. shooting for short term gains with long term losses.. I went there to buy a vehicle that was quoted on their website for 44K. They told me that the vehicle is in transit and not yet available. So I put in a deposit to hold the vehicle. 2-3 weeks later, the dealership contacted me saying their website has a mistake with the vehicle pricing, in fact if I still want in the desired configuration, it would cost 53K instead. I have asked them to honor the price and they said no. Any reputable company would honor the published price and put in a process in place to avoid such mistakes. They obviously do not care so I am doing my part to inform the public.

They told us they would match another dealers offer for purchasing our vehicle. We get there and it’s magically 6k less. Sales manager explained that there was no way the other dealer would purchase our car for the amount they offered. He also stated that if we are able to get that for our car that he’s got 20 of them that he’d sell for that. Well load up your 20 Gle 350 and bring them to Carmax cause they wrote us the check before we walked out of the dealership. This dealership was so unorganized it was pathetic. Wont ever return!!! Our salesman Ben was a class act and a very nice gentleman!!

ANYONE THINKING OF ORDERING A NEW MB FROM THIS DEALER READ FIRST: I went to the dealership to look at a vehicle and they were selling it above sticker because it’s a popular car which I understand if I want it right now I have to pay a premium. The dealership and salesman Alphonso Carrillo told me the only way you can purchase this car at sticker is you have to order it from MB but it can take 12-18 months. Fine, fast forward 18 months and my vehicle gets here. In the interim I’ve received multiple emails with the purchase price and updates, etc AT STICKER. I show up to pick up my car and lo and behold the salesman says there is a 20000 “market adjustment fee” on the vehicle. What??? I didn’t buy the one 18 months ago when I could have bc I didn’t want to pay the fee and now you want to charge me for it anyway? The salesman said sorry I know we told you there would not be a fee but we are going to charge it anyway because we are lying, greedy, xxxx of a dealership. Basically after waiting 18 months you can either pay the 20000 for the car you spent hours specking, paying a deposit, and ordering and the only reason the dealership got the vehicle was because of your order, or I can get lost. The general manager Ivan said if you don’t want the car and pay the 20k I will sell it in hours for 30k or more. So of course I walked away. But here’s the kicker, I said well at least you can give me a ride home since I was planning on driving this car home. And the GM of a MB autonation dealer said, why should we you don’t have uber? This is the way they treat their customers. This is the level of integrity of this dealership. If anyone is ever considering ordering a MB please reconsider using MB Houston north as they will not honor their word and once your car gets there they will add all these fees to the car just because they know you have already vested a lot of time and energy into the ordering process and waited patiently and most people will just pay it because they don’t want to wait again. But as a matter of principle don’t let these people get away with it. Honesty and integrity should still matter.

Customer service is excellent whenever my husband and I take our cars in for service. Our service manager Jason Fleeks always provide excellent customer service. He makes sure to have a loaner ready for pickup when we drop our cars off. The level of quality of service has exceeded our expectations as long as we have been with the dealership since 2011. We highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of North Houston.
