My 1st maintenance scheduled for my 2021 Mercedes GLA 250 and I can say I’m pretty impressed!!! Friendly staff, they smile and wave and I’m in awe. My other car is a Jeep and I had just taken it to dealership for maintenance the day before and was very disappointed with service so next day mercedes north Houston I was ready to be disappointed but nope!!! Happy I came here will see y’all in 10,000 miles (unless I sell car) 😉

My service representative was really nice and took his time with me. He explained all the services my vehicle needed in detailed and what services were being completed. My only issue is that I came in for an oil change and the mechanic didn't use a filter to enter my oil. I had oil spill on my engine and my husband had to air pressure clean the engine afterwards. I could smell the burning oil from the engine. I called my service representative and left a message and he has not returned my call.

This is my the fourth vehicle that I’ve purchased from this dealership and the only reason I continue to return is my salesperson Calvin. He is always professional and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that each transaction goes perfect. He is truly the reason I’m a repeat customer. The negative to this dealership always happens after the deal is done . Each and every time I’ve purchased a vehicle, I’ve had a bad experience with the “Finance Office “. They have made me nearly walk out on each deal. They’re pushy, rude, arrogant, and slimy. The problem has nothing to do with my credit because it’s great. It’s them trying to work their way into a deal through pushing alternative financing or add-ons that only benefit their pockets. I even went in this time with my own Financing and made it clear I only wanted gap insurance before entering the finance area.When I got back there the finance person continued to stress that he could get me a better rate through a different bank. He was pretty convincing so I gave him an opportunity, BUT INSTRUCTED HIM TO ONLY RUN MY CREDIT ONCE FOR THAT LENDER. When I returned to the finance office he wasn’t there and because I monitor my credit, I could see that he ran it 3 Additional times and obviously wasn’t brave enough to face me. To top it off he didn’t even run the deal through the bank he originally told me he would. Like I said Slimy. My advice to the dealership is to give Calvin a raise and revamp your Finance Department.

Random Examples Maybe: I had a bad experience- car MB c300 with a leak gas pipeline and smell in cabin was noticed as I took off - came back and was not obliged - upon strong followup - they repaired it. But that was roller coaster ride. I can’t believe a few such examples come from such reputable organizations

Travis was wonderful to work with. He was very easy to talk to and didn't try to over sell the car. He helped every step of the way. The gentleman in finance was also straight to the point and clear. I give them both a five star My only complaint - there is one rim that looks slightly different than the rest and since the purchase that tire keeps having a low pressure. I've had to put air in it twice. Why sell a Benz with a different rim and a tire that may possibly have a leak. This is a Mercedes and expectations are higher, so I would think .

I am so disappointed of this dealership. They sold me a MB ML350 that they just got as a trade-in We agreed that the dealership will do some servicing before I could take the car. It needed few fixes. We also agreed that they won't fix the power tailgate. The next day I found there was a recall on the brake system on that car. I talked to them about it and they told me they will inspect it and let me know. 2 weeks later, they cancelled the deal because of the recall (as they claimed) and gave me a call letting me know. Although they refunded me all my money, they unwound the loan. But they costed me money, energy and time I was without a car. They could've told me right away. If I would be the one cancelling the contract, it would come with all sort of penalties. But since it was them, all I got was a sorry! It took forever to get the loan unwound, because they forgot to submit all the forms necessary for the bank to move forward (that was the bank statement to me). I am not happy with them.

Horrible customer service after the sale. I purchased a car in April 2022 and traded in my old car. I have been getting toll road violations dated late May 2022 on the car I traded in. I can’t get anyone from there to give me a call back. They were more than happy to take my cashiers check and were all smiles at that time. I did talk to someone named Ace who was rude and told me to be quiet. If you want to buy a Mercedes go to The Woodlands.

Jason Fleek and his team SAVED THE DAY!!! I was near the location when I got a red warning that told me to stop my engine because my car was overheating. Thankfully I was able to exit the freeway and get to Mercedes-Benz of Houston North. I pulled in and the team was able to assist me right away. My coolant hose had busted and luckily they had the part to fix it. The team was so hopeful and responsive and I was able to continue my day uninterrupted. Terrible service experience. After getting multiple recall notices for my vehicle in regard to the airbags, I scheduled an appointment for them to be replaced. Upon arriving at the dealer I was told there was no recall for my vehicle. MBUSA says there is. After calling the dealer back to speak to the service manager, I was told there is a recall. Also, mixed messages were given in regard to loaner vehicles.

My service representative, Jason, is excellent. He made the entire process from scheduling an appointment to picking up my vehicle easy. At the time of arrival, I was greeted by a smiling person. The drop off process was quick. In a very short time, I was departing the dealership in one of the shuttle cars. The driver was engaging and very nice. During the day, I was informed of the status of my vehicle. Since the shuttle was not available, I was asked to schedule an Uber and was reimbursed. The repairs were done on time with no issues.

Per mom, had a terrible and sketchy experience at this dealership. She placed a down payment to reserve the coupe she dreamed of having for several months now, since there was no available cars due to the pandemic. However, when they brought her in to sign and hand the car, the sales agent just pushed papers in front of her instead of giving her a tour of the car. Her instincts made her wary and proceeded on checking the car before signing anything. She immediately saw the “new” car had a crack on the window and several miles on it, considering being told it was transported from abroad and brand new. They insisted on negotiating but she felt uncomfortable with the agents tone and experience and refused. How unfortunate.

Was very please with the service received for my 2011 E 350. Jason Fleeks went above and beyond to make sure I was helped. He checked with me about some additional problems that were found. He went so far as to call the warranty people to make sure all additional issues were covered under warranty before the work was done. He assisted in getting me in a loaner after making sure work could be done on the car. I appreciate all of the assistance from each person that assisted in the care of my vehicle. This location customer service us horrible. I been calling for 2 weeks with no call back. Wasted 30 of my Saturday to go to the location to be told someone will call me back, still no call back. Called Thursday to finally speak to my rep Isiah and he stated he would call me back in 30 min again no call back. I just want my key buttons to have to Never deal with this location again at this point u want to trade in my car and go back to Cadillac cause I Never had these type of problems. Customer service is a must I can't not deal with this location.

Brought my car in because my tire had a slow leak. Found out Mercedes don?t fix tire they replace them. Just bought my tire that cost me $1600. Replaced the tire and after 1 hr of driving, all 4 tires air was low. Was not able to reach anyone after then.

This is a review for the parts department of Mercedes Benz of Houston North. I was on a website called MBParts which is a Mercedes Benz websites looking for a particular part. The website did allow me to select participating dealerships that were close to my location. I had called a few that did not have the part I was looking for. Houston is a not that far of a drive from Austin, so I figured this would not be bad. I call up this location and was immediately put on hold. No problem, I figured the were busy. The parts guy gets on the phone and tells me he has two of them. Great! He then quotes me a price that is almost $200 MORE than what this website listed who also listed this dealership as one that I could order the part from. When I told him I showed a part price much cheaper, he proceeds to tell me that there are different "pricing tiers". Thanks Captain Obvious. I know that. My brother used to work for a parts supply house. He then tells me, "We do not send to no residential addresses." Wait, what? Can you use proper grammar when talking to a customer? "We do not send to no residential address?" Do you think you could speak proper English and not be rude or inconsiderate with me as you are trying to earn my business? He then acts like he has never heard of the Mercedes Benz parts website. Are you new? I was happy to give him the URL and show him they I can order this part and show him the price. I ended up disconnecting with this guy, I did not appreciate the unprofessionalism this parts guy had. Thanks, I will take my business elsewhere. Mercedes Benz of Houston, if you ever find out who this parts guy is, fire him immediately because you are losing customers who are willing to travel to your location to purchase parts.

The A and B service is very expensive and is required every 10,000 miles or one year. The team is able to complete the service within one day along with a complimentary car cleaning. If there is anything above what your car is sent there for, they send you videos of the issue and call/text with their recommendations and pricing before proceeding.

I bought a car recently from the dealership. The overall process was good. The good parts were that there was no back and forth for the car price. It was a CPO priced fairly given the current market conditions. The overall experience can be improved further by providing an overview of the car features to the customers at delivery. For example, the “Hey Mercedes’” voice assistant doesn’t seem to be working right now in my car. I have tried “google” to resolve the issue, but no luck so far. I am hoping not to go to the dealership for a resolution as that takes time and effort. Ideal scenario is that you walk out with the car with good knowledge about the features and everything in a working state. Other than this, everything worked well during the buying process.

The vehicle that I had wanted to purchase was in another location, which wasn't an issue because they were able to have it transported to the dealership in a very timely manner. Awful and very dishonest. They told me I needed a new radiator, ac line and a few other things. Come to find out there was nothing wrong with my radiator or ac line, one of my bronze bolts got lose and just needed to be tighten for it was leaking coolant. I recently went into this dealership and one of the sister dealerships my credit was ran multiple times in excess...I was also pressured into vehicles I didn't have an interest in no in my desired price range... I signs a several pieces of paper work after negotiating a deal... I came with a trade in was told I could use for my down payment I informed I didn't want to put any cash down I was assured the deal could be worked after what took place at the Greenway location.... north Houston was persistent about getting cash out of my pocket...it went from we need 200$ to 400$ to 1000$ to 6000$ is when I retrieved my documents and left....I have copies of all the papers I signed I wasted a good 6 hours in 2 days I asked to speak with a manager and the finance manager. The sales person told us the price of the vehicle, also that the car has unlimited warranty untill 2027, which was an advantage over purchasing a brand new, also stated that the car already had window tint as well as protective coating on the paint. When we get to finance the price is higher by 1 thousand dollars, exsorbent fees are added, as well as 15 Thousand dollars extra, she said everything had to be done on the tablet. We went from 10 percent financing to 6 percent she said over the phone it would drop the payment by 100 dollars however when we got there it changed by 70.00 . She refused to make correction and refused to correct the price. Very evasive and deceptive.

Had to bring in my Mercedes E350 for some maintenance, it was running rough and had several warning lights on. I had recently brought it in for a service and they repaired some leaks on the engine covers, intake manifolds. I was told by my service manager that there was some electrical connectors that were not installed correctly when they put everything back together, they came loose after a few hundred miles and the car started to malfunction, hence the unscheduled maintenance. The repairs were made and the car is running great again, I did not get charged.

Outside of purchasing my car…this experience has been anything but positive. I have never purchased a used car, but was assured a certified pre-owned was the way to go. I asked for several cosmetic things to be fixed on the car, I have asked for certain things to be done and not be done (and it’s been done, but what I asked for wasn’t)… after waiting HOURS…The biggest regret. The service department is NOT customer friendly. It’s so very unfortunate for me because the North location is already a drive, and now I have to find another one that is significantly further with the hopes of receiving better service.

Stacey did not make it any better. To spend over 70k in cash and receive the type of service I did is ridiculous. If I could do zero stars I would. Reached out to the manager weeks ago and still haven’t heard back from him. Also been 2 months and no plates either. No correspondence from the lot. Stacey definitely needs to address her demeanor when ppl are purchasing cars and it’s part of her paycheck. I don’t understand how Benz is considered upper class but the service is piss poor.

This is a long time coming and sorry for my delays in posting maybe could have helped someone out. First off I had to take my vehicle in for a sunroof issue which is common issue with some plastic pieces breaking. At the time I would have still been under warranty but because my vehicle had been in an accident they did not honor it. I can agree to disagree with that decision as MAYBE that is what caused the damage? What I find completely wrong is that when I took it in the sunroof still moved back just not to the point where it could over come the mechanical damage. So you would bring it back down and it would close. When I tried it when I picked the car up it would not move at all. I suspected they did something so it would not move to prevent me from getting stuck open. I since then have repaired the mechanical damage ( replaced the rails just because I didn’t want to have any further issues but it still won’t move took it back to them and they denied doing anything to it?! I KNOW it worked before in any case go to the woodlands they get all my business from now on.

I had additions questions concerning my car which he gladly answered and logged in my car for service. He made arrangements for me to be shuttled to my destination hectic free. He contacted me with auto part cost as I requested. This was done in a timely manner. He contacted me upon service completion. I was shuttled back and he updated me about the service completed then asked if I had any questions to ensure satisfaction of service. He walked me over to checkout and this too was hectic free. Checkout was completed in a timely manner as well. Thank you Jason for your professional courteous mannerism. In addition, the shuttle drivers were pleasant and professional in my travel.

Absolutely terrible dealership! I bought my car in October (GLC 350) and found drugs hidden in the vehicle. I reported it and management seemed to not care and only offered service vouchers. Which I still do not have. They shared the vehicle was transferred from California and perhaps it was not well checked when bought. 3 months later they gave away my tags to the wrong person. Here we are 6 months and I am still driving around with paper plates. No one has followed up with me and when I called no one seems to be able to provide an updates on my plates. I bought a 50k vehicle and this is the level of service I received. I will not be doing any business with this dealership and will be going to another Houston location or switching to BMW. My advise is to go to another dealership .

I call back and they said their was an issue with the Vin not matching the registration. At this point I call every week for a month and a half and everyone tells me the same thing. It’s almost as if no one is working on getting my plates fixed. I asked for a supervisor and a direct line so that I don’t have to get through the sales department every time to talk to a person. I didn’t get a direct number and guess what?! No answered the call when I was transferred. The people here are very disorganized and will not communicate with you what is actually happening. Love the 2021 GLC 300. Great ride, lots of room and no Tesla range anxiety. Xavier Vargas, the sales rep was great. He was very knowledgeable, great demeanor for sales and spent a lot of time w/o distractions. Traded in a 2021 Tesla Model 3. The trade-in negotiation was led by the retail sales manager. He continued to tell me he wants the trade to be fair for both parties, said to trust him he had nothing left to offer and so we did the deal. After the fact, I saw my Tesla was listed far above what the sales manager said it would be listed for proving it was far from a fair trade. Of course, he blamed corporate for setting the price $2000 over what he said it would list. Lesson learned. But, I have a great car so it's time to move on.

When registering my car for service I wasn?t offered a loaner vehicle, I was offered a ride home. When I arrived I was greeted and a service advisor was summoned out to my vehicle. She checked my car out and took pictures. We go inside while she writes up the work order. Then she ask me again was I going to wait on my car or would I need a ride. I told her I told them yesterday that I would need a ride. I asked how long was it going to take because I use my car for work (I?m a Realtor). She said it will take about 3 hrs. She wrote on the work order out by 12p.m.. Then she says well I will have to see if I can find you one. She walks me over to the service desk and have me sign in on a clipboard. I then had to sit and wait. I checked my car in at 9:00a.m. I arrived back home after 10:00a.m.. I missed a phone call from the dealership @11:52a.m. I immediately called back no one answered the phone, I waited and I called back again still no answer. I then sent the advisor a text asking asking for an update on my vehicle. She then called me back asking did I want any extra services that they suggested, I told her no I had already declined them in the email sent by the dealership. She replied I?ll send the driver to pick you up when your car is out of the car wash. It was after 1pm already so I texted her back and asked her to send the driver now so I could be there when my car comes out. She replied the driver will be calling you when he?s on his way. I arrive back to the dealership around 2pm. After arriving back at the dealership and paying my bill, I went sat outside and waited on my vehicle. My vehicle finally arrived and I jumped in to try and catch up on some of errands I needed to get done. When I got home and looked my car over. The outside looked good but the inside was okay but it was not wiped down at all. I looked in the trunk and it appears it hadn?t been opened at all. It looked the same way It looked when I dropped it off. This whole Schedule A service took 5 hrs. out of my day. What can you do better? Offer loaner vehicles and if you say that the vehicle is going to be ready at a certain time try and make the deadline. When you cleanup the vehicles clean the inside and out including the trunk.

In August 2021 I flew to Houston to buy a GLE400 Mercedes after talking with Stacey who assured my husband and I the vehicle was in perfect order and there were no scratches or dings. Additionally, Stacey advised us the vehicle had been through the Mercedes pre-owned certification. We completed the finance information over the phone so when I arrived from Denver all I would need to do is sign and go. However, when I arrived, I add to complete all the paperwork again, there were dings, huge scratch and paint issues. Also the seat heater on the driver side did not work. Stacey referred me to the manager and who was less than helpful and lied about how the heater worked. I had decided not to buy it. But then a "general manager" came to talk to me and reluctantly I agreEd to buy with the understanding everything would be fixed. The finance part took 3 hours and to this day we do not have a title. We've made several phone calls to Stacey and the store manager Ace. Stacey has told me several times it's a Mercedes issue and to call them. Mercedes tells us their Mercedes of North Houston is privately owned and there is nothing they can do. Just yesterday we found out they never gave us the tire lock key, so we are not able to get our tires rotated. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Still waiting on a title, tire lock key, and a return phone call from anyone at that dealership.

The overall service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, they provided transportation for me while they work on my car, in the work was completed in a timely manner. However I was not too happy that when I went to pick up my car and I went to the payment desk, no one came out, like they usually do, to explain about the work that was done or the results they found, if anything else needed to be replace. This was unusual for them, because during other times I have been there they would thoroughly explain everything to me. But this time I had to ask, but they did answer all my questions and honored the original quote for services that I was given, and I was able to use the coupon that was mailed to me, so I very, very happy about that. The only other thing is that they replaced my windshield wipers blades, and when it rained a few days later and my wipers automatically came on, one of the blades just broke off. Thankfully there was another Mercedes dealership close by and they replaced them, but I had to pay $75 out of pocket, but when I called the Mercedes-Benz North, they gave me a $100 credit on any future work, and again I was very happy. So if something is wrong that quickly take care of things and leave you feeling very satisfied

This isnt my first time dealing with Mercedes Benz North. Every time I walk into this place I am treated very well. When buying a vehicle, it isnt often you feel like the dealership is on your side. MBN does an excellent job pushing to give you what you deserve and get you approved for your vehicle. I even referred my girlfriend over and they treated her the same. The sales person and his managers were outstanding. No cars available but there was one that arrived in the port. The deal for the car and the trade in were okay or better than other dealers, considering this is a special kind of a sellers market. We worked out everything and I gave them a $2500 deposit. I was told the car would arrive in 5 to 7 days. It took 14 days. I drove 90 minutes each way to pick up the car and thought it would be a fast visit and we could eat dinner in the area. Finance made us wait 3 hours to sit down!!! So we were pretty hungry for 3 and a half hours just to pick up the car. The showroom and amenities are okay but not as nice as most Mercedes dealerships. The first visit was great, but the treatment by finance was terrible. The guy would not take no for an answer on the add ons, had to correct documents because he choose loan instead of lease, and made a personal call on his cell phone when we really wanted to wrap up and go to eat.

Jason was my reparative who helped me with my service on my vehicle. He was the first one in to open the office and closed out my tick the same day at 6:30PM. The dedication and client personal car is why we have bought two cars there and will continue to. The work the service folks do are top notch and those that clean my car to the level, that I feel, is a much better level I could even do. Absolutely disappointing dealership. I’ve bought from four different Mercedes dealerships over the past 25 years as I’ve transferred to different parts of the country for work assignments. I’ve always had wonderful, reliable sales and service experience with Mercedes. The no-gimmick, no-pressure, no BS sales style was one of the factors that made me a lifetime Mercedes fan. If my first purchase of a Mercedes had been through this dealership, it would have turned me off of Mercedes for life. I was promised repair to the couple of items that needed correction on my brand new Mercedes SL450. Never happened. My prior lease was not paid off as promised and it took 3 months to correct that problem with very little help from the salesman or the financial manager and dozens of unanswered calls and emails. The finance guy who closes the deal and with whom I signed the papers was incredibly high pressure and became visibly angry when we did not agree to purchase additional warranties, windshield coatings, tire warranties, etc. I suspect this is why my lease was not closed out properly. One more thing? My vanity plates were not transferred correctly although I paid an additional fee. I received new plates when they came in and I had to transfer them back to my vanity plates myself and pay for that as well. Again, all of this with NO assistance or replies from the salesman, although in a three-month period I first leased a GLA through him and then bought the 450 from him. NEVER EVER, EVER WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN. What a shame that 25 years of my great relationship with Mercedes was ruined by this dealership.

If ever you have to call up there for anything after the sell, expect to call numerous times and leave several messages and they still may never return your call. First I would like to say that my GLE 450 is the best vehicle ever. Secondly, our sales guy Mike Lopez was wonderful he treated us with respect not like at Lexus where they looked at us like we couldn’t afford to be there. Thirdly, I must complain about the finance department. We got a 5.99 apr and after reviewing the paperwork they switched it to a 6.19 apr and we are going to pay 106k for a 75k vehicle. 5 stars for my sexy vehicle 5 stars for Mike 0 stars for finance department.

I brought in my 2021 GLE 350 for its first service to Mercedes Benz Houston North. I always ask about costs for things and I knew going in that it would be more expensive as it’s a dealer, but what I didn’t expect was REPLACEMENT of parts without even consulting me. When I questioned why my wipers (3 ) were replaced I was told that I had signed agreement to service A, and that’s what’s done because they “generally need replacement at 10,000 miles”. So apparently, they’re not even checked to see if replacement is needed; it’s just done to get get that extra money from you. Have you ever had someone put a paper in front of you and say you need to sign here, here, and here? There was a very brief explanation of what each was. When service A was explained, at no time did the woman tell me that anything would be replaced except my oil. I was told things would be checked. I was also charged $7 for putting some sort of windshield wiper concentrate in. The cost of this service was $450+. After not being consulted about replacement of parts, I am one and done. I will only go there for services related to warranty issues. The service shop that I have used in the past in my area would’ve charged $250, plus they would have rotated my tires at an additional charge of $25 as opposed to $139 added to the service A charge. I love my car and I can afford to take care of it, but this is just price gouging.

The particular 2019 MERCEDES BENZ E CLASS COUPE vehicle I was interested in on your lot was already sold to another buyer flying in from out of state even though the sales person Kelvin Mitchell asked me to come in for a test drive. I got to the dealership at 1pm for my test drive appointment, 30mins into waiting, he told me one of the other sales person refused to give up the keys of the car for me to test drive due to a buyer coming for the car. They called the manager, and he told me, I should seat down and wait for hours so they can see if the other buyer would close the deal. Like I don't have anything else to do with my time. That was a horrible customer experience and a complete waste of my time. I decided to go for the 2020 model at another dealership.

Impressed with the overall streamlined purchasing process with readily available Sales Associate and the customer service provided. Not fond of having agreed additional warranties to cover wheels/tires, dent and paint guard, in addition to GAP Protection and needing to replace and pay out of pocket for rear brake lamps and having to pay for the keyless ignition push-to-start button 5-days after purchasing my 2015 GL-450. While these may be considered trivial to most, it poses as a true nuisance and compelling me to spend additional out of pocket expenses unnecessarily, if only the vehicle would've underwent a thorough inspection to ensure its functionality of all electrical systems prior to a sale purchase from Mercedes-Benz of Houston North. Sales Director should consider reiterating importance of ensuring a thorough inspection is conducted for all vehicle purchases, especially for used vehicles without any Dealer Warranty or Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles.

I received a mail piece, and an email asking me for an honest review and enter the possibility of winning $100 worth of gas, nothing wrong with some help due to the fuel price increase. However, how can I possibly use gas money on a 45+ thousand dollars piece of metal and computers when you cannot even fix it (my car) in over SIX WEEKS! My horrible journey with a vehicle that should not be having any problems at 23K miles! "The best or nothing" is the brand promise to all consumers; I prefer nothing at this point. To feel unsafe in a car and on constant alert thinking what could go wrong next is a daunting experience. Being stranded because of a never resolved malfunction is a bad experience; being stranded in a questionable area in Houston is even worse. With so many people buying cars from your dealership, I'm sure one customer giving you an honest reality check means nothing. And for a company that makes millions of dollars in sales every week, you should care about your reputation, the reputation of a brand you represent. I am a fair person, and my honest review (s) represents an opportunity for you to do better. I will see if you really care about your customers and finally give me a callback to resolve this excruciating awful brand experience I have had with the products and services you offer.

I recently purchased a new Mercedes-Benz GLC300, I am not only well-pleased with the vehicle itself, but I am also blown away by the superior customer service that was provided to me by my sales representative Dalibor Vojvodic (Dali) and sales manager, Max Funderburk. With the current state of the market and the ever-increasing inventory shortages finding any new vehicle is no easy task; finding a vehicle with a very specific color, feature, and a trim-level is near to impossible, however; Dali and Max were up for the challenge and not only met but superseded my expectations by working tirelessly to find the specific vehicle I wanted. I can’t remember when I have ever been treated so well or provided better customer service at a car dealership. I took me car in for a Complimentary routine check because of an email I received. They provided me a shuttle to work so I had NO RIDE HOME afterwards. I let the gentleman know that, I even received the text service so I could text him and he text me back in order to check on my car. The morning went well, I got dropped off and things went down hill from there. I received NO CALL ALL DAY about my car or if they would come a pick me up NOTHING from them about my car or me. I call three times, got NO answer once called two more times hoping to get someone. I talk to a young lady that told me she would take my number and have someone call me. NO ONE CALL ME, at this time it's 6:00 and the service department closes at 7:00. I took matters in my own hands and just went up there to get my car, I walked up to the gentleman's desk that helped my and he immediately apologized to me explaining how busy it had been. That is fine, but it does NOT excuse the service from this service department!!!

We have had the car for about a week when we noticed that the front bumper keeps popping out after taking it to a body shop they said the front end has been wrecked and we need to replace the entire front bumper which will cost almost $1000. So I don?t recommend this dealership to anyone because they don?t inspect the cars before they sell them.

I have not had any problems with the servicing of my car.However, it was a shocker price to fix the smell of oil when I drive. Yes I would recommend Mercedes customer to take their car for service. My problem is that how I do know the service people are telling me the truth about my car. I bring my car for yearly maintenance every year. Not happy with the sale at all. I was preapproved by my bank and they wouldn’t accept this. So they had me finance through their finance company. After the purchase I asked to pick the car up later Stacy salesperson told me I had to drive it off the lot. There was a scratch on the car and they said to bring it back and they would paint it but: I had to find a way home. They conveniently had no loaners. The sales person Stacy said “you have to find your way back” If they had to paint it anyway why couldn’t I just leave it and drive my other car home and pick the Mercedes up later? I refinanced at that moment to my bank anyways even though they tried to tell me there was no sense in it. They talk really fast and rush you through. I also noticed that when I walked in to get the Manual (which was not in the car) no one tried to help me. They walked by as if I hadn’t just made a sale with them! If I knew before hand I would have gone with another Mercedes’ dealership. Will not be purchasing another vehicle there. Be careful upon purchasing please do your homework. Stacy’s response to leaving my car: Well, I just spoke with my manager. And we still don’t have a car to loan out. I apologize. You can have it dropped off. But at this time you would have to provide your way home. Update: I called the GM and have yet to get a return call and now it’s saying my coolant is low and I’ve only had it 3 weeks!!! Beware

Ireally have mixed feeling because on one project they did what I trust a good job, but on the other the car was not properly tested before it was released, result my A/C not working . And I was obviously offered to bring it back to check if it was reset properly. but I leave 200 miles away and it is not so easy to get back there. the service mgr was very nice.

I just purchased my first Mercedes Benz and I don't think I'll ever shop anywhere else. Kelvin Mitchell was my sales associate (make sure you ask for him) and I don't think my experience could have been any easier! The vehicle I wanted was located in California, he took care of getting the car shipped twice as fast than expected, when it arrived, I went to the store to finalize the deal and the red carpet experience was ready for my arrival. I arrived, Kelvin had the car out front, with a bow and some warm congratulations gifts inside. My keys were in his hand and paperwork was printed on his desk. This was the luxury experience I wanted, and I'm not a fan of dealerships. I communicated with the sales man for two months. Discussed price many times. Once at the dealership to buy vehicle they added a $5,000 Mercedes adjustment market fee to it. This is an AutoNation dealership and you would think that they would not add costs at the very last minute. A manager called a week later and apologized saying that the salesman should have been up front about the pricing. I was in conversations with another Mercedes’ dealership and they confirmed that they would not do this, which I have in writing. The manager offered me a free tire rotation or swag; which I declined because it felt like an insult to charging me and extra $5,000 to give me a free tshirt. He said that he would get back with me with a resolution but after several weeks has not. Please watch out for this dealership.

Not happy with the sale at all. I was preapproved by my bank and they wouldn’t accept this. So they had me finance through their finance company. After the purchase I asked to pick the car up later Stacy salesperson told me I had to drive it off the lot. There was a scratch on the car and they said to bring it back and they would paint it but: I had to find a way home. They conveniently had no loaners. The sales person Stacy said “you have to find your way back” If they had to paint it anyway why couldn’t I just leave it and drive my other car home and pick the Mercedes up later? I refinanced at that moment to my bank anyways even though they tried to tell me there was no sense in it. They talk really fast and rush you through. I also noticed that when I walked in to get the Manual (which was not in the car) no one tried to help me. They walked by as if I hadn’t just made a sale with them! If I knew before hand I would have gone with another Mercedes’ dealership. Will not be purchasing another vehicle there. Be careful upon purchasing please do your homework. Stacy’s response to leaving my car: Well, I just spoke with my manager. And we still don’t have a car to loan out. I apologize. You can have it dropped off. But at this time you would have to provide your way home.

Start off - I love service advise Jason Fleeks. He is a professional. if he had been there when I dropped of the car I would have reset my expectations from a three hour B service to a 3 day journey. They are short handed and are swamped with folks trying to repair rather than buy and have hardly any loaner cars. With that said Jason negotiated with my warranty company and helped me get financing for the repairs. I wanted to be happy and grateful for his service but when I got in my car to leave and adjusted my front seat the new grinding sounds coming from the auto seat motor sent me away furious. If I had not needed the car to get to a doctor appt I would have refused to receive it. Do I have another 3 days to get the seat resolved????

I received poor customer sevice had an unexpected long wait time and while closing on my 2022 S class, $2000 cash went missing in the finance office. I was told by the manager (Ace) that cameras are in place then after "viewing footage" told us cameras don't cover that particular area. In the future I will make the trip across town to make my next Benz purchase.

I had my four tires replaced by Mercedes Houston North back on January 15, 2020. On December 14, 2021, I took my E350 for a leak check on my left rear tire because the low tire pressure light kept coming on. The service advisor, Isiah Martinez, told me there was no leak detected and this was documented in the ticket. Furthermore, he told me it was probably due to the weather change, and a reset of the TPMS would solve the problem. About a week or two later after the service, the low pressure light came back on, and the left rear tire pressure was under 30 psi. Since I have been reassured there was no leak, and I trusted their work, I just assumed the whole thing was an electronic issue. I added air to the rear left tire, and reset the TPMS one more time. After the same process repeated a couple more times, I began to think there may be a real leak that the shop did not detect in December. Today (February 5, 2022) I finally found time to take the car back to check for leak again. This time I was told there was a leak. Because today is more than two years since I purchased the tires, I was told my warranty has expired. I mentioned to my service advisor that I first experienced the problem back in December last year when the tires were still in warranty. My service advisor involved the service manager in our discussion on this issue. The service manager sided with the advisor. Basically their position was they stood by their finding that there was no leak in December, and this leak is a new one that happened after December 14, 2021. I did not want to continue the argument, and went ahead and paid for the new tire with a little “discount” from the dealer (I was told this tire retails for $320, but he would give me $50 discount. I ended up paying $272 total. I truly believe I was cheated, because I know this is the same leak that the shop had failed to address the first time. Two more side notes: 1. The front hood warning light came on when I was driving back to my house today from the shop. I had to stop to close the hood because it was loose. It was a careless and slopy mistake by the technician. I am paying a much higher repair rate on my Mercedes when compared with my other car (Honda), yet the shop allows such careless and unsafe practice of leaving the hood loose. 2. This tire the dealer sold me retails for $198 at Discount Tires. With the discount the dealer gave me, I paid $249. With other charges included, I paid $272. I would have done better at Discount Tires without having Mercedes North Houston's generous discount. It looks like it is time for me to shop for another place to repair my Mercedes in the future. I welcome response from Mercedes North Houston.

Manager Chris, was the worst person to work with. He knew that our car could not be repaired, but he tried to, and had our car in the repair shop for 31/2 months. Our insurance company paid out $36,000 and they could not repair it. After draining my insurance company then he decided to total the car. He was rude and cocky, and he was wearing my husband out. He told my husband that he will deduct the deductible and the when we got there to the repair shop he changed his mind and said he can?t do it. He plainly lied to my husband?s face. For what he did to us and the way he treated us he needs to be replaced. Greed is a terrible thing. With our experience this company doesn?t deserve a rating. However, you all Manipulate the survey that you cannot submit unless you give at least one star. This is control. By me checking that box is saying I was forced do it. I’m very disappointed on the super overpriced labor quotes that your technician gave us, $8,500 to fix a bost hose (part price $121), front brakes (got them replaced for $375), engine motor mounts (parts cost $156 for the pair) and front left cv axle (part cost $800), we got everything done on a Mercedez certified shop for less than $3,400. My question to you is why is everything so overpriced with you guys, I did purchase the parts from your parts department …. All I’m saying is if your prices were a little more reasonable I would have love to give you my business, (Mr. Pablo was super kind and very helpful was a real pleasure dealing with him, Mr. Isaiah never really met this person… then josh called me on the phone and gave me a bunch of technical terms trying to convince me that your shop was the only one that knew how to reprogram the computer after changing a bost hose…. Really? You think everyone is that ignorant it is a hose and you don’t REPROGRAM anything just delete the check engine codes and that is that, this kind of things are the reason that you guys lost our business, your technician measures his time in gold coins or puts down 3-4 times the amount of time actually needed for each job, if I was a manager reading this I would look into it, just like us, how many more customers are you losing every day? I was so excited to get my vehicle but other than my dream car, the experience has been terrible. Due to the way they hold their titles I was not able to finance through my own bank without waiting 14 days for them to “see” if they could. So I financed it through them. No big deal, my decision. My 60 day tags expired last week and I have called multiple times in attempts to get my title. All they can tell me is that their “title clerk” is out of the office but I should hear back. I have called once a day since then, just asking for an update and reminding them that I am technically driving with expired tags. Today with a little attitude the representative told me that other then sending the email and calling she can’t do any more for me because “She isn’t technically allowed to go upstairs right now.” I never thought we would pay top dollar for a vehicle and then made feel like an inconvenience for simply requesting what I should’ve already received. I don’t recommend this facility.

We purchased our Mercedes Benz E350 from Mercedes Benz - North some years back. A few years ago, the battery light came on. We took it back to them, and they advised me that there were two batteries, and both needed to be replaced at the cost of $500 with a lifetime warranty. I reluctantly did it. Now, two years later, the battery light is back on. We went to have the batteries addressed today, knowing that we have a lifetime warranty. The Manager is saying we only purchased the replacement of the primary battery last time. The secondary battery now needs to be replaced at the cost of $275. I am beyond upset. Who replaces one battery and not the other. The receipt even states a lifetime warranty on BATTERIES. This place has the worst service department ever. We were actually in the market to purchase a new car but not from them now. Please stay clear of this place. Drive the extra mile to get better service somewhere.

Unethical business.. shooting for short term gains with long term losses.. I went there to buy a vehicle that was quoted on their website for 44K. They told me that the vehicle is in transit and not yet available. So I put in a deposit to hold the vehicle. 2-3 weeks later, the dealership contacted me saying their website has a mistake with the vehicle pricing, in fact if I still want in the desired configuration, it would cost 53K instead. I have asked them to honor the price and they said no. Any reputable company would honor the published price and put in a process in place to avoid such mistakes. They obviously do not care so I am doing my part to inform the public.

They told us they would match another dealers offer for purchasing our vehicle. We get there and it’s magically 6k less. Sales manager explained that there was no way the other dealer would purchase our car for the amount they offered. He also stated that if we are able to get that for our car that he’s got 20 of them that he’d sell for that. Well load up your 20 Gle 350 and bring them to Carmax cause they wrote us the check before we walked out of the dealership. This dealership was so unorganized it was pathetic. Wont ever return!!! Our salesman Ben was a class act and a very nice gentleman!!

ANYONE THINKING OF ORDERING A NEW MB FROM THIS DEALER READ FIRST: I went to the dealership to look at a vehicle and they were selling it above sticker because it’s a popular car which I understand if I want it right now I have to pay a premium. The dealership and salesman Alphonso Carrillo told me the only way you can purchase this car at sticker is you have to order it from MB but it can take 12-18 months. Fine, fast forward 18 months and my vehicle gets here. In the interim I’ve received multiple emails with the purchase price and updates, etc AT STICKER. I show up to pick up my car and lo and behold the salesman says there is a 20000 “market adjustment fee” on the vehicle. What??? I didn’t buy the one 18 months ago when I could have bc I didn’t want to pay the fee and now you want to charge me for it anyway? The salesman said sorry I know we told you there would not be a fee but we are going to charge it anyway because we are lying, greedy, xxxx of a dealership. Basically after waiting 18 months you can either pay the 20000 for the car you spent hours specking, paying a deposit, and ordering and the only reason the dealership got the vehicle was because of your order, or I can get lost. The general manager Ivan said if you don’t want the car and pay the 20k I will sell it in hours for 30k or more. So of course I walked away. But here’s the kicker, I said well at least you can give me a ride home since I was planning on driving this car home. And the GM of a MB autonation dealer said, why should we you don’t have uber? This is the way they treat their customers. This is the level of integrity of this dealership. If anyone is ever considering ordering a MB please reconsider using MB Houston north as they will not honor their word and once your car gets there they will add all these fees to the car just because they know you have already vested a lot of time and energy into the ordering process and waited patiently and most people will just pay it because they don’t want to wait again. But as a matter of principle don’t let these people get away with it. Honesty and integrity should still matter.

Purchase the Can in June of 2020 with an Easy Care extended all-inclusive warranty from the dealer. 2 months after purchase I had to get the blend motor repaired because the window defrost was blowing hot air out of one side and cold air out of the other side. Had to use the extended warranty to get the defroster repaired. $500 deductible with the extended warranty, which was a challenge with the warranty company as they insisted the car was sold to be that way. During the inspection to get the defroster repaired the service tech also noticed the cylinder head front valve covers were leaking. The extended warranty co. notified the tech valve cover hasn't failed yet and would not cover the repair. Last week I took the car in for a recall and the dealer performed an inspection of the vehicle snd noted the same leaking valve cover. along with cracking tires and worn front sway bar links. This time when the service advisor told me the warranty company would not cover the leaking because it was an existing condition base on the fact that a claim was filed last year. I have only driven the car 4,000 miles since I purchased the car. Basically, this dealer sold me a car with two existing conditions and tires that are only good for 4,000 miles. I have worked with two different service advisors and neither one seems to have any mechanical experience or expertise. They cannot answer any questions even slightly technical and can only repeat what is written down on the paper in front of them. I have spoken with management and that was a total waste of an hour. I could have some understanding if I purchased a warranty from an outside source as extended warranty companies are difficult to deal with, but I have never had such poor service for and dealership and a product they sell. I have had Lexus, BMW, Land Rover, and Audi vehicles all with extended warranties from their respective dealership, and never experience the lack of service, poor quality of the vehicle, or service advisor incompetence I received from Mercedes Benz of North Houston.

But their rates are incredibly expensive and they are selling parts 3 times more expensive than other dealers,and their own Mercedes Benz parts websites ,4 times more than online prices. I may have a bait and switch doing the purchase of my vehicle and the salesperson totally lied to me and repeatedly lied to another person. It became uncomfortable and could been confrontational. My nightmare began on October 14, 2020, when I purchased a 2019 Mercedes A220 with less than 1,400 miles on the odometer from MB-Houston North, (my first mistake) with a Certified check for around $35,000 (my second big mistake), and I did so based upon their verbal and print representations of the vehicle, (my third huge mistake). It was to be delivered to my home in Shreveport upon payment. After a couple of days, no car, and numerous calls to my salesman, Gordon Barnes, he finally got back to me, spewing the stereotypical car salesman sandbag BS excuses. When it did finally arrive a full week later on the evening on October 21, I quickly discovered that the car came not only with just one key, but the sun roof would not function properly and the engine idled roughly – a condition that seemed to be worsening. Mind you, making matters worse, (something that I thought not possible), while I was cleaning out the McDonald’s trash the MB-Houston North “detail crew” had left in the passenger door panels, I reached into the glove box and discovered that the pages of the Owner’s Manual were glued together from water damage, covered in black mold and mildew. A brick. A door stop. As one might imagine, my heart plummeted...right along with the value of the car. I immediately notified Gordon Barnes and the GM Ivan Krunic voicing my concerns, along with a photo of the offending manual and a screen pic of their ad, requesting my money be returned, invoking their own advertisement verbatim stating : “If for some reason you’re not happy with the price or anything else for that matter, you have five days or 250 miles to bring it back for a full refund. Just ask”. (Curiously enough and shortly thereafter, the parent company, AutoNation, pulled that particular ad format nationally when this came to their attention.) Regardless, I easily fell within that range, citing the ads criteria. And I asked. And asked again and then again. I was met with only with complete and total silence. Calls, emails, voicemails, etc. all unreturned. As one might imagine, It was at this point I became quite alarmed and immediately enlisted experienced legal counsel with litigation experience. Shortly thereafter, suit was filed under Cause #2020-79313 in Harris County, TX. In the course of doing due diligence in the suit, the car was then towed to MB-Shreveport for an independent and exhaustive inspection and appraisal. They reported the mold, mildew, a non-functioning sun-roof that also leaks, rough idling, and it needs new rotors front and rear as the existing ones are water warped. Lest I forget, it also needed a new battery and windshield wipers. All for a car with only 1,339 miles on it. Even worse, the MB-SHV appraisal value came in at $17,000. About half what we paid for it. They advised me that the car would never be put on their lot and would be sent to auction where it would promptly be sold at salvage value and cannibalized for parts most likely. The rest is all yet further downhill. They will slow-walk everything and they’re darn good at it too. They even gaslighted me, ludicrously asserting at one point that I was the one that had damaged the car. Mind you, I wish I had. It’s fully insured and filing a claim would have been one helluva lot easier and a great deal cheaper than dealing with this pack of jackals. So there you have it. First they lie to you. Next they steal your money. Then they ghost you. And if you haven’t given up by then, you are forced to sue them. At which point they gaslight and slander you. Then it’s rinse and repeat for the next poor sap that comes along wanting to purchase one of their rolling stock of Petri dishes. That folks, is how the “Just Ask” guarantee works. This behavior is the standard corporate culture of AutoNation in Florida, the parent company of MB-HN, who own dealerships throughout the country. So be warned, as this is a cautionary tale. You can get screwed just as easily in Phoenix as you can Houston if AutoNation owns the dealership. As it stands now, all these months later, MB-Houston North/Autonation continues to sandbag my attorney and continues to peddle their salvaged inventory, and all the while their lawyers do their dances. As for my wife and myself, we’re stuck with a fully insured pile of environmentally toxic junk; safely billeted in my garage, with the same tank of gas it was shipped with seven months ago...a daily reminder of my stupidity and the pure and utter grief these people have put us through. If you have read this far I thank you. And If you are contemplating purchasing a vehicle from these people: I strongly urge you to reconsider.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jason and he made my experience better after I was treated so poorly by the Salesperson Kelvin who basically lied in front me and was disrespectful. It could have easily became confrontational if I would have spoke up but I allowed him to continue with his lies. Jason is one of the best service reps if not the best that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is a very conscientious rep who works hard to please his customers and would do anything within his powers to complete his task.

I think the dealership lacks professionalism on the sales side. They are misleading and are untrustworthy. I tried to use the Mercedes Me App and it was revealed that I had purchased the wrong vehicle. I am not at all satisfied with how they handled the situation. I believe he committed a switch and bait so now I do not know if I have the right vehicle. We were comparing vehicles when I was trying to purchase the vehicle. The vehicle I was looking at had only 24 miles and that what my paperwork indicated when I signed but when I finally picked up my vehicle it was 72 miles on it. The salesperson only gave me one key so I was inconvenienced. I was promised things that he refused to put down on paper and against my better judgement I agreed to move forward. I discovered that what we agreed was written into my contract and that stuff should have been complimentary, according to him. Someone was supposed to contact me about the matter but no one has reached out yet. Originally I had spoken to two other salespersons but neither of them measured up. Tony was inattentive and kept making appointments that he could not keep. The first salespersons lacked in sales. I explained that I wanted a GLC 300 Coup but he refused to test drive one but he did test drive the GLE 350. I really think that I was justing looking and wasting his time. He appeared to be shock to see me back and purchasing a vehicle. I am contacting my credit union and legal representation if something is not done regarding the possible mix-up.

I am having a horrible experience. I bought a car on Monday. They kept the car to replace the windshield and do a paint touch up. I never got any updates or an estimate time when my car would be ready. It is now Friday and I have yet to hear anything back from Kelvin (the salesman) who helped me. Slow Disorganized Took almost 2 hours for an inspection that should have been done when I bought it in Dec. 5 months no plates. Sales person stopped communicating rights after papers were signed and the two weeks it took to repair the car I bought that broke down on the highway 15 mins after I drove it off the lot. Flawless: Coordinated appointment with assigned service contact, and upon arrival was warmly greeted curb-side by Customer Care Assistant who confirmed the purpose of my visit and summoned my assigned Customer Care Contact, Jason Meeks. Jason confirmed my service needs, set expectations on turn-around, and had me in a loaner within minutes; he personally helped to transfer my things to the loaner car, and I was on my way as I had to return to work. Had a service 3/23/2021 at Mercedes Benz of Houston North. Celeste was great, and I wish I had the names of the young men that meet and greet you, they were very helpful. The visitors area was clean and being disinfected regularly. Everything was perfect until I got an email from an Arlet Rosas today asking me to call or text to give feedback about Cekeste. I texted to tell Arlet that Celeste and the boys were wonderful, but text came back saying it?s a landline and can?t get text. So I called same number several times, nobody picked up. Although I absolutely love both my salesman, Jaja, and my former serviceman, Jason, the service at MBHN has gone down significantly. Last week was my worst experience ever! I brought my car in for a recall and two electrical issues. The young guys that check you in were dragging and cars were backed up. I knew then I was going to have problems. Then my serviceman came out after he checked everybody else in first, Carlos Trevino. Horrible attitude. Unbothered. Every answer he gave me was short and dry. The young black girl behind the service desk should take business classes or work up her resume before working in a demanding position. I want customer service when I come in. I am paying too much money every month to receive mediocre service. I will take my business elsewhere before I accept unprofessional as the norm. They told me my car would be ready in one hour and that I could not get a loaner or a shuttle. So some smart individual thought it was ok for me to sit in a crowded lobby during the pandemic. One hour turned into four hours. I knew when I got there THAT MY CAR WAS NOT GOING TO BE READY IN ONE HOUR! Horrible service. Horrible serviceman. Horrible customer service. In fact, there was NO customer service.

I worked with Mr Godfrey Elder and his service was “Michelin 3 Star” and will work with him again. What made his service so unique was his personal detail to every aspect of our car experience. It includes his knowledge of every Mercedes and the options that are a must, his weekly communications on updates of the car, to him making a personal delivery of the car to our house. Then the car was drizzled with ballons spelling out our names, to a Red bow and goodies in the trunk!

I bought a certified 2017 GLS 450 Feb 2020. All issues with the car were quickly resolved except issues with the tires. The wear on the front tires were uneven causing bad front end vibration at speed (65+). Service moved the front tires which were bad to the rear which significantly improved the vibration issue. Jan 2021 service performed a B service and the tires were rotated which caused the vibration to reoccur, since the defective tires were now in front. Apparently the service did not test drive the car at speed after the B service. After a long vibrating trip to Colorado I had Mercedes Westminster re-rotate the tires, $220 later. Vibration issue in the front is again resolved but there is some vibration in the rear from the defective tires. I will now replace the rear tires myself at a cost of $500. Lessons learned: Drive the car at speed before purchasing, I would have requested the suspect tires be replaced before purchase.

I had no issues with my vehicle until I brought it to them and all of the sudden the car just stopped working after multiple days in the service department. To add insult to injury the Director made me wait 3 hours for his "Long Lunch" when I was starving in the lobby waiting on his arrival. My routine service check up turned into 14 days of hell! I am sad to say I am disappointed with the level of service I received at MB of N Houston. I greatly appreciate that the sales agent called me back when the deal fell through for another customer, but that is where the good service ended. We sat in the agents office as she went back and forth. The worst example is when we sat in her office for 50 minutes without any sign of her or communication from her as to what we were waiting for. I asked for a replacement for a damaged wheel center cap, she told me to check ebay. High level customer service would have been to check the parts department or offer to send me one. I expected a 'tour' of my new car, the agent told me to watch youtube videos. Lastly, she put the wrong temporary tag on my car. The agent called and said she would overnight the correct tag, I didn't receive it for a couple days. Very dissapointing service all around.

I am extremely upset with the service department at this location, specifically the mechanics. I brought my car in for service in June because of a check engine light that came on. They diagnosis code was a fuel related. I explained to them the problems I was having and when I picked it up, they said the gas cap was loose, hence the fuel diagnosis code. They resetted and clear the light. I brought the car in again this week and lo and behold there is a fuel hose leak on my car. Keep in mind this could have resulted in a horrible scenario eg. a fire and death. Instead of owning up to their incompentencies that posed as a danger to me I also ended up paying for something that would have been covered on my warranty (that just went out 9 days ago). Needless to say I will have to rethink of doing future business with them. It is a shame because they are so close to my house and the service reps are super nice. Mercedes, you need to get quality mechanics in your shop.

The problem I was having with the vehicle was smth that dealership did not take seriously when I first complained about it (squeaky back seat) so it took me a couple of visits to get it addressed. Needless to say my last visit with Mercedes North is literally my last visit. I made the decision 7 years ago I would never purchase a car from them again based on the customer service. However, I would maintain a business for service being that I purchased my car from them. My vehicle was paid off (2013 C250), however all service remained and only provided by this location Mercedes North. I brought my car in on 11/2 because the battery light indicator. I read before going in, it could be the battery or alternator, so I understood I would need to decide rather or not to purchase a new car if it was in fact the alternator. My service associate initially said she didn?t not understand why the appointment was scheduled as this location was without batteries. They were unsure when they would have any but she would check other locations. When she returned, she stated the greenway location had one, I could drive there, autozone, or they would check the BMW Dealer next door to see if their battery would fit. But is was certainly my battery. She came out a third time and stated The Woodlands had 10 batteries in stock, however they would not sell to them. I could instead need to drive to that location. She went on say she would bring me my keys and car. Minutes later, she called me while I was waiting for her to bring the car around to say, it was the alternator and not the battery. Based on her statement, the car would not start. She came out to provide me with a quote. How is it after all this time, it was my battery, but now it?s my alternator. I simply could not understand and questioned their integrity. I asked for my keys and car. Ironically, I drove down to Mercedes The Woodlands purchased a new Mercedes GLE traded in my C250 in less than 1 1/2. I have friends with Mercedes vehicle and ALL of us have experienced bad service from this location some form. Mercedes prides themselves on customer service experience and ?The Family?. I must say, this is not it.

They worked around my busy schedule to ensure I could drop my vehicle off for a service repair and put me in a loaner vehicle the same day. Carlos worked on my behalf with my 3rd party extended vehicle warranty and made the claim to them which covered my repair. He went above and beyond to take care of my needs while maintaining communication with me throughout the entire process. I was so impressed with his customer service and work ethic that I had to take one of his business cards. Next time I have to go back to service my vehicle, I know who I?m requesting. I am completely happy with the treatment and service we received from Jennifer, she is an excellent person, she took the time to listen to what we need and what we are looking for, she helped us to balance everything at the same time, she was always aware of what we needed and keeping in mind the number that we wanted to invest in a car. Jennifer helped us with the programming of the new car, she followed us up during the days after, always attentive to our doubts or concerns. I have no complaints towards the agency or staff, I am glad to know that they hire employees like Jennifer who are not only worried about making a sale, but also show that they care about people; I think with more employees like her the agency will be very successful; Because she makes you feel comfortable and confident to be able to explain your situation, the needs you have in a car or how much budget you have for a new car and she does not judge you or try to convince you about some other car, she will help you try to get what you as a client want. This is appreciated because not all agencies have employees like her. Bought a new GLS and it was a truly terrific process. Painless! Knowledgeable customer focused sales tram from sales exec to GM wanted to ensure I get the car I wanted and went to great lengths to ensure that it happened. I have been buying Mercedes for 40 years and yes they are great cars but the reason I always come back is the way my needs are addressed. I highly recommend this dealership and PS: the GLS is an incredible vehicle.

First I had to wait over two hours for a oil change this is the first time I took my car in for service and when I received it back the pressure on my tire wasn't check usually at auto nation they make sure all my tires are the pressure but at this noooo which is fine so I went thrre for a oil change I looked to see when my next oil change will be it still have the old sticker in the window so now I m wondering if my oil was really changed I wouldn't go back but that's my opinion the facility was very nice and clean and had a few snacks that I saw people eating

I found a car online and Dutch (Frank) pulled it for me because I came from Southwest Louisiana and couldn’t go look at it until next day. He also got another one like the one I was looking at from other dealership. I ended up not getting the C class but an E class. It is BEAUTIFUL !!! Everyone was so kind and patient with me. After a last-minute change to our vacation road trip plans, I needed to get my G-63 in for a check of tires and fluids the day before we left. Literally less than 24 hours before. Turns out I needed 2 new tires before they could be aligned and rotated/balanced. Keep in mind, I didn’t even text Natalie about needing all this until 1pm. By 3pm she had an appt for me, a loner car & had located the 2 tires I needed. I had to be somewhere for an appt in The Woodlands that afternoon and wouldn’t be back before they closed. So, amazing Natalie, took time out of her schedule to personally bring my vehicle to me at my home and pick the loaner up. That is amazing service!! Thank you!

Very bad service i brought my car in because i had a problem with gas pump i had the pump changed somewhere else but the car wasn’t starting i brought the car to mercedes and i asked for full diagnostic and i was quoted 230 Only for diagnosis 2 days later isias called me back he said the pump was not connected properly and it will be 940 to connect the hoses i said please don’t touch i will take it back to the shop that installed the pump he called me back and the dropped the price to 450 i told him to fix it when i picked up the car it had a rattling noise when you turn it on i brought the car back and Isias told me it will be another diagnosis fee even though that is why i brought the car in the first place for a complete diagnosis and that noise was not there

my car was being repaired and was wrecked by their staff. they didn't even finish the repair, and the paint didn't match, they were unwilling to admit this, tried to move the car in the sun, as if that would change the color...3 times i had to take the car back to get them to fix what I paid for. They had the nerve to appraise my car without my interest. I'd never step foot in their dealership.

Bought a vehicle from them and purchased bumper to bumper extended warranty, maintenance free program (very expensive). We sold the vehicle a number of months ago and have not been able to get our balance back from the plan. It is a refundable program with equity from plan. When we requested our remaining balance, it has been delayed. We reached out to several people , we have even contacted the GM. Still nothing. The staff, including the GM, completely rude. We still do not have this resolved . I hope they have the business savvy to rectify. Buyers beware. BTW...we purchase the vehicle new from them

My wife and I are extremely upset with our experience at Mercedes-Benz of North Houston. We purchased a Red 2017 Mercedes C63 S convertible. Less than a week after purchasing this vehicle, we noticed a loud thumping noise coming from under the car when pulling in and backing out of our driveway. It is under warranty, so we took it in for service. We were told the issue couldn’t be duplicated. We took the vehicle back; however, we immediately noticed the same thumping noise. We brought the vehicle back and after a week, we were told it was fixed. Out of precaution and before leaving service, we had a service manager do a test ride with us. The car wasn’t fixed, it was making same thumping noise so we left the car again. Two weeks later, we were called again and told the car was fixed and ready to pick up. Again, out of an abundance of caution, we had a service manager do a test ride with us, the problem was NOT fixed. At this point, we asked to speak with the GM. The GM did initially work with us and agreed to accept our vehicle back as a trade in and worked with us to find a new vehicle and we were able to do so. Things took a turn for the worst when we were told that our pre-paid maintenance plan purchased on the C63 S could not be refunded or transferred. At this point, I was beyond pissed. We paid $3K for this package that was never used on a broken vehicle that Mercedes couldn’t fix and we owned for less than 2 months. As a consolation prize, we were offered a discount on the same plan for our new car. I’m requesting a FULL REFUND of this plan and I’m ready to do what’s necessary to ensure that happens. Please don’t respond with a generic message that the GM would like to speak with me about this. If you are in the market for a used car and you see a Red 2017 Mercedes C63 S convertible on this lot, it has a major frame or suspension problem that Mercedes cannot fix. Do NOT purchase this vehicle.

I've had positive experiences with the service department in the past but my recent experience buying a used Mercedes was less than stellar. First of all, the process was interminable as I spent hours sitting waiting for the salesman to return with a decision on my trade-in and also waiting for documents to sign. Then entire process took between 4-5 hours. This is not CarMax! Second, the salesman promised me a price on my trade-in and then tried to renege on it; Third, the finance manager became angry with me when I told him I wasn't going to discuss extended warranties or service plans; Fourth, no one showed us how to use the features of the car, which is standard practice; Fifth, the sales manager was stupidly obsequious and talked to much. Next used car, I'll buy from Vroom or Carvana.

I took my vehicle in for regular service maintenance for oil change and a new tire, this is the first time I went to this Is the first time I went to this dealership my wait was about 3 half hours, my service advisor was Cameron he wasn’t to friendly. Soon after leaving the dealership my eco button started causing my vehicle to stall out. It wasn’t doing this before I took my vehicle to them and they was trying to charge me for a diagnostic I advised it’s something they did so I’m not paying for a diagnostic I ask for GM or supervisor to call me and no one has replied. They come back saying it was the eco battery and now I have a issue with losing coolant when I came the day before fire maintenance coolant issue wasn’t on the items they recommended now that’s an issue I won’t be bringing my vehicle back to this dealership they have horrible customer service, when I pulled not a hello or how are you, Cameron said my GM isn’t answering the phone right now but we will take a look. They caused problems with my vehicle just for me to bring it back to be serviced again. My dealership Park Place in Arlington always took good care of me and my car since moving to Houston I’ve had nothing but bad experiences dealing with dealerships etc. I will drive my car all the way to Park place in Arlington to be serviced and the ambience of this dealership is nothing luxury this crap is owned by Auto nation and you can tell it reminds me of sitting in the ford or Chevy dealer not representing Mercedes well at all.

He later transferred me to another sales associate Mr. Gordon Barnes, because he was leaving this dealership in a week. Mr. Gordon Barnes emailed me on the same day, stating that he will work on this deal and call me the next day. Since then, I have been calling him leaving my message, emailed him, and today I did a chat with another salesperson and asked him if he can help me in finalizing this deal. I gave him my email and phone number and also asked him to provide me with the number of sales director of this dealership so that I can ask him if his sales associates were scamming me, or something else was going on. I never got his number or a call back since then. I am an old guy and don't want to drive to the dealership due to coronavirus issues and have to rely on either phone, email, or chat, and so far, none of these are working for me. If this is a scam, then they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of a pandemic, and if something else, then they should have the decency of calling and explaining the reason for the delay.

Of course when buying a Mercedes-Benz, one would hope for first-class service. However, this was not the case when I started my quest for a new car. I shopped around only to get the run-around from a few other dealerships. Lucky for me, I found the car I was looking for at AutoNation AND found the first-class service I was expecting. Everyone who I came in contact with Stacy, Ace, Imran, and the GM, Ivan, were all amazing! Stacy and Ace were friendly and honest and they made my decision to buy from them an easy one. When I went to pick my car up, Ivan greeted us right when we walked in and Imran made the paperwork super easy and fast. We were in and out of the dealership within 1 hour! All you are is a dollar sign to the sales associates. They could care less about making you wait a long time. I had an appointment to just arrive, see the car I had been emailing him about, and sign for it but I was in it for a surprise. I arrived and messaged him I was there and he said ok. No one came to us or asked if we needed help. I texted him and told him I was outside looking for my car since he didn’t have it out at the front like he said it would. I saw him out in the lot helping another person and he went on helping them. He said he would go get the car. We waited and waited and nothing. We went inside looked at more cars & proceeded to wait. Later he came and said the car was outside. We went back outside and it was not the car I had been emailing him about🤦🏻♀️ Turned out the car I wanted wasn’t even at the dealer they had to bring it from another dealer but of course I had to sign for it first. I was so mad at the fact that he wasted my time. He wasn’t even phased about it. He went back to help the other people he was with again and could care less. He even pretended like there was no issue. I was ready to purchase the car and go. What’s sad about all of this is that the sales person that was “helping me” was the sales manager. I’m shocked at the service I received. What’s also crazy is that he continues to call me and leave me voice mails asking if I’m still interested in buying the car. Little does he know I’m never going back to that dealer.

This is the 5th vehicle I have bought form them and I'll be honest I keep going back because of my salesman, Gordon Barnes. Gordon is a rockstar! He is always concerned about his customers and what they truly need. He is never pushy nor does he try to sell you a vehicle you don't want. He is truly a pleasure to work with. Gordon is always concerned about his customers' needs - more salesmen should be like him! Finance was great - they beat my own credit union's rate and worked with me to get the payment I wanted (I'm a numbers guy). I ordered this particular vehicle and we were concerned it may not make it during this trying time, but it showed up and was perfect (good timing on the order!). I always feel very comfortable at the dealership. It's a great facility with great amenities (both sales and service). Kudos to you all!

I took my MB GLE in for state inspection due to expire at end of month. First I was pleased they offered this service considering there are many other state inspection businesses in that area. After work was completed, they provided a complimentary car wash and vacuum, which I love! Also during these trying times of the current pandemic, MBHN made sure customers felt at ease coming in. Employees kept a distance while interacting with customers, wore protective gear, added protective covers inside vehicle and ensured the waiting area followed local sanitation guidelines. I felt very comfortable during the wait period. Always stellar service at MBHN!

My car failed to start and I called my dealer for assistance. My Dealer connected me to tow service, my car was picked up within a hour. The Diagnosis was a failed steering lock. After my repairs were made the car was hand washed and delivered back to my home.

I bought the car from them after spending the whole day here. I have some issues with the extra charges from the finance guy. After a week trying to speak to him, he said some charges are cancellable. So I asked him to go ahead to cancel some of those and he suppose to mail me the new purchase contract. Three weeks now, I haven?t heard anything from him. His name is Frank. I still don?t know how I suppose to make the payment as I don?t have any details!!!

I’ve been dealing with Mercedes-Benz of Houston North for 15 years. This purchase was the first time I had a vehicle custom built. The process went smoothly, and I was updated on the build frequently. In fact, it went so well, I will probably have all my future cars custom built. My salesman has always been Vernon Gatlin, but he was out on leave. I worked with a salesman name JaJa. He went above and beyond to make sure every question was answered, and I was completely pleased with my vehicle. The same goes for the finance officer who presented me my deal. I also have to thank Jason Fleeks, my service advisor. He and the service team keeps my vehicles running like new. I still own a 2009 C Class with 185,000 miles on it, and it runs like new. This place treats us like family. I would not buy my Mercedes from any other local dealership. I absolutely love my new 2020 GLE 450. Thank you Mercedes-Benz of Houston North!

We purchased a 2019 GLS-450 in December of 2018. While Dutch, the salesman was fine, the dealer rating is dragged down by the absolute worst experience in finance department. The Finance person, Tariq, was absolutely condescending and extremely high-pressure, especially when he found out we weren't going buy the "Platinum" package that "every S-Class purchaser must have." Fast forward to December 2019 and the introduction of the 2020 GLS-450 with second row Captain's Chairs and a touch screen infotainment display. We made the decision to trade in our 2019 for the 2020 because it works better for our situation. Because of the awful experience at Houston North, we drove out of our way to Mercedes of The Woodlands to trade-in and purchase the new GLS. The difference in the process was amazing and I can see the difference in a locally-owned dealership and one owned by AutoNation. Because we had purchased an extended warranty and prepaid maintenance for the 2019, we are due a 100% refund on these products as we never did use them. Unfortunately Mercedes requires the selling dealership to process the paperwork. We have been trying for over a month to get this paperwork processed as Mercedes owes us quite a bit of money. We have provided all of the necessary paperwork to process the refund. All calls and emails to the Finance Manager, Frank Castenada, go unanswered. The times I have gone to the dealership in person, there was "no finance person available to assist you." I have also reached out to the Assistant General Manager as the General Manager, Ivan "was not available." The AGM has not responded to us, either. I am amazed that someone would do business in this manner. What is required to process my refund??

Edward, Anna and Frank at Mercedes Benz of The Woodlands were all wonderful to deal with. We went in expecting the worst, because of the large size of the dealership, but we couldn't have been more wrong. Everyone we dealt with treated us fairly and made us feel they valued our business. I was not happy with the total repairs performed on my car. Should have changed rotators at same time I had new brakes installed. My car still shakes when I apply brakes. Wants to charge me again to install new rotators at higher price.

My Sales Adviser Natalie is AWESOME!!! She very nice and always displays such great customer service to me from the time i come in for a service or just a simple car wash. She is always very knowledgeable about any problems that i may if/when something goes wrong with my car. She's always upfront with the pricing on the parts and service cost no matter how much it is. Great car buying experience. It started with Alfonso our salesman that found exactly what car we wanted and then the General Manager working with us on the trade-in on where we wanted to be. Lastly when we thought we were done and went to sign the deal with finance, we ended up getting a lower APR by going with MB finance.Overall very satisfied with the service we received at MB North.

Very disappointed with the recent service issue after having my car in the service department for several days their mechanic was not able to diagnose why my coolant light appeared on the dash , even after I questioned and showed a picture of the symbol from the dash my issue was glazed over , their resolution was topping of the coolant . Unfortunately one late night while I was parked but the car was running my cars dashboard lights was alerting me in bright red color , The coolant symbol was also appearing in red this time , previously the symbol appeared in white . I immediately turned off the car ,I tried to crank the car up but it would not start . I called my insurance company for a roadside assistant . My hour wait for the tow truck would turn to an additional hour wait for the tow . A hour had past while waiting for the tow truck I tried turning on my car which started. I took a chance and drove my car home ,the next day I brought my car to another local shop that handles only foreign cars which Was able to fix my issue . My advisor is a sweet guy but I won’t be coming back .
